they made the update on the address on Aug 19- and TX office was closed down. that could be it.
when did u get an email or text notification that the package was received?
The text was received on the 21st. The case status shows received the 10th while my case status when you log in shows the 19th. So depending on what date is accurate depends on what date I can contact them to inquire why the extension letter hasn't been received. If it's the 10th, then it's tomorrow I can contact them.

When I enter my case into case status on the UCIS website it shows one date, but when I log into my UCIS account and look at my cases it shows a different date. Which date is correct?

I-751 received August 10 but still no extension letter received. Wonder what's up with that? Can't submit a request since the 30 days isn't until the 9th. 😞

Update - Just got the text message with my case number.
Sent i751 packet on 8/10 to Phoenix, Arizona
Delivered on 8/14
Text Message - 08/21
Now the long wait begins. Anyone knows what the processing time is like for Nebreska? It shows 14-27 months on the USCIS site. I hope it won't take that long.
I got a MSC case number, which is the National Benefits Center. There's not even a wait time listed on the website for MSC. 😞

Acceptance text received during the night and check cashed. Oddly, it says USCIS Phoenix Payment although it was sent to Texas (received 8/11). Perhaps they rerouted it?

Surprised I still haven't seen the cash checked/received text message. Delivered to Texas PO Box on the 11th.

My wife's application was received in Texas August 4, but still no notification by text or email and the check hasn't been cashed as of 8/18. 😳
From what I have found from the timeline search function, we are approaching the more extreme limit of wait times for people submitting to Texas in the past coupled months.
Did you send it via USPS or UPS/FedEx? I wonder if there's a time difference in sending it to the PO Box with USPS versus the Lewisville address via FedEx/UPS? I sent mine via USPS to the PO Box. Arrived the 11th, still waiting myself.

My wife's application was delivered to the Texas lockbox by FedEx on 8/4. Still waiting for a text, check hasn't been cashed, and no NOA.
Are those of you who are getting texts, checks cashed, and NOAs in just days sending it to the Arizona lockbox?
Wondering if one lockbox is much faster than the other. By now, I should be accustomed to waiting, but I definitely am not! - Jason
I sent mine to the Texas PO Box via USPS. Received a week ago. Still waiting myself.

Hi guys,
Joining this thread as I am sending in my I-751 petition tomorrow. Doing some last minute stress checking and writing up a cover letter that feels harder than it should. Also sending mine in at the last possible moment before my green card expires. Anyone else here filing extremely close to the deadline? No judgement please, I have a one year old and don't live near family. Time goes so fast when you have a toddler!
Yeah, I sent mine in Friday. My spouse's GC expires next month.

One week or so to see them take the money. After that, another week to receive NOA. Ours was delivered last Wed; check cashed early this morning. PHEW! Best of luck!
At least this process isn't as stressful and nerve-wrecking as the whole I-130 process. We can just continue going on with our daily lives with our spouses with us.

Package delivered this morning (Dallas via USPS). By what I'm seeing, I should expect a week to pass until I get the NOA and check cashed?

I wonder how we will handle this while working in USA? If the greencard expires, that means you are unlawfully working and living in USA until you get it renewed. But you can't renew it as a family based conditional permanent resident without applying for the 751 which takes over a year to approve, yet you can't apply for the 751 until 90 days before your green card expires. So we will be ineligible to work for 9 months and be unlawfully living here?? This has me concerned..
You'll receive an extension letter that automatically extends the green card while the 751 is being processed. So, the letter + green card = all good.

Thanks everyone! Off to the post office to mail it!

Hey All,
I'm fixing to send in the I-751 for my husband and wanted y'alls opinion on the evidence I've included. My husband hasn't really worked until this past January so I never put him on the bank account. Once I was ready to put him on the bank account Covid started and most branches are closed to those types of services. I also have 3 more photos I'm going to add from Puerto Rico, Boston, and Key West, but haven't printed them out yet so they are not yet listed. Let me know if you guys think I should add anything else that I might not have thought of.

Question: I'm currently just waiting an interview appointment to be assigned. However, I just accepted a new job. Do we need to tell the embassy this during the appointment? I meet the financial support guidelines.

NVC representative confirmed that my case is complete today over the phone. Now onto the interview scheduling—and according to her, they're currently assigning July interview dates.
Non-pivot case.
I'm praying for a July interview date. I got CC June 6th.

Still waiting on a case number, can I request my lawyer to go ahead and fill out forms as much as we can fill in for now?
non pivot case
Yes, my lawyer had the AOS form filled out prior to receiving a case number, and requested any additional documentation that they did not have.

I got teased by the NVC this morning. I woke up, and lo and behold, an email from the NVC. I was so excited, I thought it was the interview email telling me when the interview will be. But alas, it was just a generic CC email (I got CC last week). Generally, to my understanding, Non-Pivot does not receive the CC e-mail. Thus, the waiting game continues......

Hey there fellow Houston folks. I submitted my I-751 2 years ago and my N-400 back in June 2022. The N-400 has an interview scheduled next month. As I assume this will be a combo interview, do you know if they'll let my spouse into the building with the N-400 interview notice? Also, what documentation should I bring?
