Hey guys me and my husband immigrated together under his eb1 green card as alien of extraordinary ability. I came here with him as his wife almost 4 years ago. What happens to my green card if we divorce? Do i loose it or can i apply for citizenship? Thank you 

Happened to my husband with his eb1 , not same as O1 but similar in criterias .. we were not asked anything from documents we had , our case was sent back but our lawyer was contacting ombudsman and uscis every couple of days. we got our letter of intent to revoke with all points that didnt made any sense  shortly after interview I think not even 3 months because we were very active with calling uscis all the time  we responded in a month and another two months we had approval again from uscis.. month to get to the embassy they called us to interview, didnt ask a single question as they knew the points they were trying to prove at the first time were ridicolous just asked for a passports and same day we had immigrant visas, next day we flew back as our second medical was almost expired.. whole proces from first interview, letter of intent, approval and final approval from embassy was 10 months. try to be pro active and be prepared to answer letter of intent to revoke as it may be tough one. good luck

exactly  for example for us we didnt use criteria with the high salary but consular officer asked my husband exactly this.. it doesnt matter you didnt included that in the petition since you are so known and famous artist you should have high salary right? we told her yes he was making a lot of money but since he was so young he was kinda of tax exception in slovakia so we didnt have documents showing the money but we had property we paid in cash in our name, two cars,etc.. she didnt believe and used it in paper to uscis it said even though you didnt include high salary as your criteria you are supposed to show your salary when asked what a mess  and another 5 false accusiations from here she tried to make it so hard for us, our lawyer made HUGE respond with so many points how false and speculative was the NOIR and we got reaffirmed in 10 days.. second time same consular officer didnt even bother with us and looked at us just said ehm congratulations you can pick up your passports afternoon. she just didnt believe how can 22 years old guy be so famous in such a young age without living in america before.. oh come on how could he live there before, when he was 15 ?

Most likely and i dont want to be negative person and i wish you the best.. but you seemed to have exact same experience as we had in slovakia with our EB1, if you look up eb1 is similar to O1 but diference is we got green card.. same things happened to my husband they let us wait 2 months and sent our case back to uscis, we received NOIR with false accusations and speculations and our lawyer answered , we got reaffirmed  had second interview and were approved on the spot, immmigrant visas in the passport the same day we have been in the us since november 2016. you can checkout my timeline

i applied 3 times in a row in 4 weeks, first time old gentleman said no you want to live there, second time two weeks later same guy said no i am sorry but i am going on vacation so you can try your luck with somebody else, third time 2 weeks after that older lady asked me finally for documents where i showed her a lot of money on bank account, hotel receipts,invitation letter she said i dont see any problem for you getting a visa so i got 10 year b1/b2 with her probably luck.. now i have green card. but embassy also had a problem with that visa, because we only had iot for a year and spent almost whole year in usa with extension and applied for green card in eb1, so interview for that was not fun and they actually sent our case back to uscis, we won again and they gave us green card, so be careful if you are thinking to apply for green card soon as well
