  1. I used USPS PO Box to send my documents and As long as you attached form G-1145, you will get a notification when they already received your documents 😊
  2. My application was delivered at AZ on dec 5th. Check cashed dec. 10th. I received a text notification with case number on dec. 11th. Fingers crossed everything go smoothly
  3. Hi, are you guys going personally in Phil consulate in SF to register your son? Then you don’t have to notarize the forms. You’ll sign it in front of consulate staff. They’ll also stamp the date of registration. You’ll have it notarized when you have to mail the registration forms. Anyways congratulations. We had our son last August and we registered him in SF Phil consulate last September. It’s an easy and quick process. We arrived at around noon and I also process his Phil passport. We’re out by 4:00pm. 😁
  4. No problem with me.. I was active in PNP when I left Ph for US. If they ask for additional ID other than your passport, just don’t show work ID. I’ll suggest PRC or drivers license.
