  1. Well I have just had my cr1 interview at the London Embassy with my son.  I  provided all the necessary documents: marriage certificate, both birth certificate,  police documents, one passport picture each and both passports and lastly, my fingerprints    Once I had provided the latter documents, I was told to be seated and wait to be interviewed.  I was called up five minutes later with my son and we both took the oath and my fingerprints were taken again, I was asked how and when I met my husband and where would my son and I be living upon our arrival in the USA.    I informed her my medical appointment is tomorrow and she said everything is fine and your case is approved.   I can honestly say there is nothing to worry about; however I was so nervous yesterday and this morning.

Hey when was your i130 approved? Cause it's been more than 6 weeks for us after i130 approval, and nvc says not received and so they'll inquire USCIS for that. I'm worried if it's not a common thing.

My case was approved on the 14th November and nvc received my case on the 27th December and I am waiting for them to input my details.

Got our NOA 2 November 15th, Texas didn't send it until December 26th & it finally got to NVC on January 8th. So far I only got the invoice number but they don't have the case number yet. So, more waiting!

Got my NOA 2 November 14th; Texas didn’t send my documents until December 27th and arrived on the 8th January.  They still haven’t inputted my information.

    hello Guys,

my case was approved at the USCIS on Dec. 15 in TX service center; how long is the average time to send it to the NVC? I talked to a tier 2 supervisor and he told me that it can take up to 60 days! :( He confirmed that it has not shipped yet! What's your experience for this center?

    I appreciate any input guys.

    Thanks

    Hey all,

case was approved by uscis on 10/27/17 California. Called nvc this morning and they have yet to receive it. Anyone else having delays? Any advice would be appreciated!

Yes I was approved on 14th November and I telephoned yesterday. I was told it will take six weeks for NVC to receive my documents and provide me with the invoice numbers etc.

    Hello.
My priority date is May 8, 2017, and my case was sent to the Texas center. I haven't heard anything back from USCIS after I got my notice. Does anyone know when I'll get an approval? I'm so tired of waiting :( And how do I know what month cases they are currently working on right now?

    (I-130 Spouse - US citizen)

My priority date was May 24th and I was sent to Texas and my case was approved on the 14th.   It will happen. Keep the faith.
