Looks like a system glitch?
Maybe try calling USCIS and ask what the hack is going on?
Huh that's odd! Yeah looks like it might a glitch then!
I tried calling them but it said there's no available representatives. I'll be trying again soon! Thanks for linking that other post!

So I went to the interview for my green card on May 18, 2019 and was approved. I got my green card around the end of May/beginning of June.
I just now got a notice that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I tried googling around to see what this could be about but I'm honestly pretty clueless as to what this is.
Does anyone know if this is normal, or there is an issue? I will be trying to call USCIS to see if they have any more information they can give.
Any insights are helpful,
Thanks!

Mine was ten days. Approval.
The third option literally says K visa.....
Site admin, because of personal information.
Yeah that's what I was thinking, but I was just wondering whether or not I can already fill all that in without having received a letter from the embassy or not?

Hello all!
Our status on the CEAC checker has changed to ready. Do we need to wait until we get a letter from the embassy in Belgium before doing anything else? Or can we go ahead and schedule an appointment with the embassy with our case number the NVC gave us? I found an online portal with the following options and I'm not sure which one to pick:
- I need to register an Immigrant Visa appointment
- I have received a letter from the consular section with instructions to schedule an immigrant visa appointment.
- I have received a letter from the consular section with instructions to register or schedule a K visa appointment.
By the way, I'm very confused as to whether the K1 visa is an immigrant visa or a non immigrant visa? I've seen it listed as both on multiple official websites from the government and the embassy.
Thanks in advance!

Just checking in to tell you all that the NVC just received our case today! January 25, 2018. Our NOA2 was approved on January 10, 2018.
They did tell us to wait up to 2 weeks to receive our case number, but hopefully it won't be that long! Seems like the NVC is picking up the pace!
And we just got our case number in the same day! Can't wait to get everything moving. It's going so fast all of a sudden, I'm not used to this haha!

USIC to NVC approval is averaging approx 50 days in the letter you received you have an e-mail for checking with the NVC on the right hand side of the link above it has the same information.
also this link can help https://sites.google.com/view/post-noa2/home
once you get your tracking number you can go to https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php

Hey everyone!
First time poster here! I just wanted to post here to let you all know that we just got our NOA2 and our petition was was approved! We just got the mail (on January 19th, 2018) and it said it was approved on January 10th, 2018. Our NOA1 was on June 12th, 2017.
It's been a long road and we still have a long way to go but we're so glad to finally have something to hold on to.
Anyone has an idea of what the next steps are? From what I understand we have to wait until we get a notice that our petition has been sent to the NVC or that we can call them. How much longer are we looking at before we get our interview?
To everyone still waiting for their approval, keep your heads up and don't let it drag you down. It'll happen any time now!!
Already have Green Card but got notification that the case is ready to schedule an interview

Yep same here! Looks like they realized they made a mistake. Not sure if I will actually receive anything in the mail or not. We'll have to wait and see!
