Her parents know about our relationship from the beginning. They didn't reject me from the start. They can even send regards and wish me a happy birthday during my birthday. However, we are not sure why suddenly when she told her that she want to get marry with me, they are so offensive. She keeps asking her parents why, but, they didn't give any solid answer.

Thanks! Yes, I know about that, she did explain to me and I did my research on that too. That's one of the reasons why I decided to convert to Islam. 

She's not a single child and she is 27 ye. 
 
My fiancee put visit a friend as her purpose of her trip, so, during the interview, the CO asked her is it, friend or boyfriend. So, she did answer boyfriend. After that CO did ask about what she will do there, so, she explained and gave the itinerary. After that, CO gave back her passport and told her to apply for K1 instead of the tourist visa.

Her family is more afraid that she will convert to Christian after we are married. Based on what she told me before, her family is having a problem in letting their children married. She's 27 years old, and she is the third of 6 siblings. She has a brother who's already married, and her sister above her still not married yet because of the same reason (her parents refuse to meet that guy in person).

My fiancee is not religious too. We were having a discussion about this before we begin this relationship. Agreed, since both of us will stay and get marry at NY, it is not necessary for me to convert to Islam. However, to keep a relationship with her family, I decided to convert to Islam. At least, by doing that, we can still try to make the relationship getting better in future. We have a concern on how should she answer if the interviewer asks her about family acceptance. Should her tell the truth or lie about it by saying that her family accepts me and happy with our relationship?
 
We met in Sydney, Australia. Her visa got rejected before because they figured out about our relationship and afraid that she will not come back to Malaysia again.

She's Muslim, same goes to her family. However, she didn't practice it in her daily day, unlike her parents and her family. Her parents have a concern about that. Her parents not reject this relationship since they know she will always be a Muslim and so do I (i will convert after K1 approve). However,  they refuse to meet me in person or communicate with me. Our first plan is that for me to visit her and her family at Malaysia, but after she told them about that and they refused to meet me, we think that it is better if I didn't meet them first. It is to avoid more conflict. My fiance and I did meet in person, but we meet at Australia since her tourist visa got rejected last November .

Need your help! Submitted our I-129F package last week. Wondering, will family rejection affect our K1 visa? My family are okay with our relationship, they are very supportive and excited for this. However, my fiancee family is not really happy with this relationship. We have a screenshot of her doing a video call with my brother family and my parents. But, we don't have any screenshot of me doing video call or meet her family. Will there be any problem? Fyi, She's from Malaysia, and I'm from States.

How to talk to a live person at USCIS?
Contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283.
Call early in the morning (8.00 am)
Option 1: Then dial 1, 2, 6, 2, 4 (exact sequence). Use these options every time you are prompted.
(You can also try - 1 - 2 - 1 - Case Number - 1 - 3 - 3 or 4)
Option 2: Call USCIS and Do not press anything (don't choose a language). They will think you have a rotary phone and will transfer you directly to a live person.
Option 3: Don't don’t choose the number for “case status”, but do different ones instead (for example “RFE”; “expedite your case”, …)
Option 4: Military Help Line: 1-877-CIS-4MIL (1-877-247-4645); Members of the military and their families may call to receive assistance with immigration-related questions.
If they speak Spanish just say English please. Now you can ask what you want.
 
Another method:
 
1. Dial the number.
2. Once it starts ringing, don't touch the phone, punch no buttons.
3. After 2 to 5 minutes, you'll be transferred to a Spanish Speaker.
4. Let the Spanish Speaker wind down, then Say, "English Please".
5. Once he/she gives the same spill in English, pose your question or ask to be transferred to an ISO, a Tier 2 Human.

Trust me when I tell you I feel your frustration, but in my honest opinion, I don't think you are gonna hit 180 days. I just looked at your timeline and you & I are in the same area right now. Plus they are reviewing cases around us that have the same received and notice dates. I honestly believe you  might hear something by tomorrow, definitely by Monday. And I'm not saying this just to put you at ease - just because of the trend of how these cases are being reviewed AND you come from a low-risk country (unlike myself my fiancé is in a high-risk country).
