I wanna file I-130 online for my brother ..USCIS ask for our birth certificateI have expire one, (original and translated)
I don’t have how to renew it for the moment !
Do they need a new one or I can go away with the expire one ?

-NVC closed case on Dec 11th
-Email notification for interview appointment on Dec 15th
-Interview on January 10th
As long as you schedule the physical examination/immunizations 2 to 3 weeks prior to your interview, (to give the physician time to generate results) you should be fine.

What case number You re talking about ? Is it deferant than the one we use to pay the iOS and the IV ???

I filed I-130 in April 17 ! Where u guys check the status to know if it's pending or something else !?
if I file I-134 for my brothers "visitor visa" in the same time ! Is that possible to ennoy the I-130 case ? Specially that the interviews gonna be in the same consulate !

We filed For I-130 in the 7th of April .. we received the I-797 today the 24th of April /17days ! Eating for the approval ! How long it should take !?

In Morocco expired every 3 months from issued time
