  1. USCIS saves money by not redoing Biometric.
  2. I never left USA. Maybe, that’s why it’s reused.
  3. You had to do re do biometric with finger print and picture? I did my Biometric in November 2017 for AOS.
  4. So it’s best to be dual citizenship with USA and Pakistan right? My Pakistan Passport will expire in 2028. So don’t renew it but keep renewing NICOP for life so enter Pakistan visa free?
  5. How come USCIS decides to re use biometric and some you have to re do it?
  6. She is also applying based on 5 years?
  7. How did your wife qualify? Her’s was faster.
  8. Nice. That tool about 4 months so I should expect that timeline I suppose?
  9. What time is your interview at the Houston FO?
  10. Thanks. Still waiting on reply from my earlier question.
  11. Apps and websites. I just hide the answer with my hands. I am getting nearly 100% correct or all 100 correct. There is more margin for error at the interview because only 10 are asked and we must get 6 correct. My lawyer will prepare me as well.
  12. Are we allowed to pick a day/time for the interview? Or reschedule? Does it look bad if we do? How long does it normally take on average? Can we attend the Oath ceremony right after if approved? How long is that ceremony in Houston FO? Can we apply for U.S Passport and register to vote after the ceremony?
  13. Front load is good. Go ahead.
  14. My lawyer mailed my application on 11/28/23. This was the first day I qualified under the 90 day early filing rule. NOA: 12/1/23, We received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, and sent you a receipt notice. 12/6/23: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. I use the Case Tracker app and website. I also use Lawfully app for more details like timeline compared to others. Also, should I be following this thread or the December 2023 thread? Estimated time* until case decision: approx. 7 months *These completion projections are based on case processing for applicants who have been lawful permanent residents for at least 5 years. For all other applicants, completion projections may vary. Is anyone filing here not based on marriage and 5 years? What response should I getting next and when?

  16. Oh ok. Unless your wife was a USC after 3 years then you could apply for it.
  17. Curious. Why did you wait for 5 years and not applied after 3 if it was based on marriage?
  18. Why do some have it re-used and some don’t?
  19. The other was the DHS site. Pretty much same info.
  20. Same here. It shows in my informed delivery as well today. Awesome. I will get to my mailbox later. I have 2 USCIS accounts from 2 different websites from 2017. Would that work?
  21. My lawyer nor I have received anything in the mail. It was mailed on 11/28/23. My last Biometric was in November 2017 for AOS.
  22. I have a valid NICOP which is free entry into Pakistan. What do you recommend?
  23. When was your last Biometric with photo taken?
