    I thought it’s suppose to be last 5 years? I use the 2024 Citizenship app to study. I heard that they usually ask the easiest questions like who is the current president of U.S or Name one U.S national holiday. Is that true? Do they ask extra questions besides the Yes/No random?

    Absolutely agree. It’s just 1 day and it’s a life changing event. So couple hours less sleep should be fine.

    Lawyer mailed packet on 11/28/23 which was the first day I qualified on a 90 Early Day Filing rule on 5 years only option. 12/1/23: USCIS received. 12/6/23: Being reviewed. 2/7/23: Interview scheduled. 3/21/24: Interview date. Time is at 8:45am. How do you think it will last? This is not my preferred time as I am sleeping at that time. I guess doing a reschedule may have me look bad or not a serious If approved. Can I do the Oath on same day? What about Passport and Voting option? 8:45am says in the letter.

    Does it look bad if I decide to file my return for 2023 after the interview date? What do you suggest?

    Hello. My N-400 interview is on 3/21/24. I need to order tax transcripts. I have not filed a Federal Tax Return for 2023 yet so I would order the years 2018-2022? If so, do I get this from the IRS site? What is the best method to get them before my interview date? Lawyer and I did not submit any tax info when we filed. He recommended to wait. I did not get RFIE/RFE either.

    I am on 5 year rule and 90 days early filing too. USC mother sponsored me.

    Am I a low priority? I did not have to do biometrics again. Filing on 5 year only option rule. Not based on marriage. No interview invite yet.
