    Correct. You are traveling with him, but not immigrating with him. That question generally pertains to derivative beneficiaries.

    If they are US citizens via birth (regardless of any other citizenship), then they are not immigrants nor immigrating with him.
    If it asks about his children, then they would be listed regardless of any citizenship.

    It's not strictly required, but as a general rule it should provided when the sponsor files jointly with their spouse. They may send a checklist at NVC, or provide a 221g at the interview, if not.

    My father was my sponsor and he files jointly with his wife: we provided both 864 and 864a

    Do not include money that will not continue. Its not considered part of your current income.
     
    All your dependents have to be listed on the 864 whether they are citizens or immigrants.
