I know, it's just we wanted more opinion on these since can't find a direct answer to these:

    1. Wanted to confirm that for their adjustment of status, we can and should file all 7 Forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-944 and I-693. are we missing any other forms?
    2. What's the current total $$$ fees for concurrently filing all 7 forms? We've identified that it's going to be $1,760 for all 7 forms per person. ($535+$1,140+85)
    3. Should we issue a single check or multiple checks per applicant? So we're going to issue a single $1,760 check per applicant

    4. Should both parents file completely separate? 2 USPS packages to USCIS? I cannot find a concrete answer to this. So are we going to file 2 completely separate package applications to USCIS for each parent right?

    Thanks

Hello can you share you experience on the process? I would like to know because Im planning to send same petition. Please thank you.

If there is hard evidence of illegal activity, you can contact them via phone or email.

    General: support-philippines@ustraveldocs.com

    Immigrant & K class visas: IVManilaReplies@state.gov

    Phone:  (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

NOTE: Do NOT take reporting something lightly. Be sure your claims are verified, not hearsay or circumstantial. Based on your timeline, I'm assuming this is not your case as you already completed the K-1 process are in the AOS process now.

No idea if they will take it seriously or any sort of timeline.

If this is for an immigrant or K class visa, the petitioner can contact the embassy and USCIS to request withdrawal of the petition and end the process.

Hello thank its for my friend asking for it.

    Hello everybody,

Quick question, if petitioner receives NOA1, it means there´s no RFE? Thanks for your replies.

    No.

The NOA1 means the USCIS confirmation that they already received  your packet. After the NOA 1 you probably  can received a RFR if theres a missing or USCIS wants more evidence if you dont have a RFE the second thing that your petitioner will received is the NOA2

You will be better off getting the SSN in your maiden name. Don't even bring up the marriage part. They have to find your name in  a USCIS database called SAVE. You entered as MAIDEN NAME with a passport and visa in MAIDEN NAME. Your I-94 (required) is in MAIDEN NAME. Don't confuse the issue with trying to switch names at this time.

When you apply for AOS, use your married name. That's how your name will get changed in USCIS records. Once your EAD card (or greencard)  is issued, then USCIS identifies you by MARRIED NAME. Go back to Social Security to get you name changed. They will look you up in USCIS records and find that MARRIED NAME is there so they can do a name change.Your number won't change and you can use it in married or maiden name until you are completely sorted out,

Thank u so much for telling me what are the best thing to do. So much appreciated. 😊 Good bless.
