Hi everyone my husband and i sent his i751 to 1820 E skyharbor circle s address and it was received on 5/20 signed by E de jesus.. my check hasnt been cashed no text and when i call they say its not in the system...what can I do at this point?

My cousins fiance uscis visa was approved in september. After approvel we completed D 160 application. On December 6th my he had the interview in paris. They told him he passed d interview but they need a paper from Russia where he leaved as illegal immigrant the police record from there was needed. He sent the paperwork and they received on the 2nd of January

They also kept his passport and told him what to do when he receives d pocket. Since than we have not heard anything and went he went to US Embassy and they told him they are waiting on Washington

I dont know what to do how long to wait it has been over a month.. on the nvc website it says READY.

We have passed the interview!!!

A citizen of the USA who moved to armenia when she was 10 months old wants to move back to america with her husband. She has never been back. And has no issues with sponsors. Is it true that she needs to live in the USA for a year before she can petition and move back to America with her husband who IS NOT a citizen of the US. Can she petition while she is here in Armenia so they can go back together at the same time? Does she have to live in America to petition him?

he did the medical three days before the interview ? I am asking cause I read somewhere in the start of the process that your visa is valid only 6 months from the medical date. Lots of stuff needs winding up here so id prefer to have as long as possible

The doctor who did the medical tests in Armenia told my husband she is sending all the things to the embassy is that true? Did you guys not have to take anything physically there? Also she gave a cd type of thing saying dont open it and take it to America. Do they take that at the airport?

One question though they are asking for I-864 copy again.  I think we sent the originals to the NVC but should we get a new form signed. The joint sponsor is in town these days so I can easily get a new form signed.

 

 

i was thinking the same thing but i called and they were like if theres an actual signature and its not electronic then its fine but dont quote me on it...

my husband and I want to go on vacation to egypt hes from armenia and im going there and he hasnt had his interview yet it will be in less than a month after it. Would there be any issues when he is tying to come here because of the middle east thing with trump? 

They told me that they dont look at the AOS and the country the interview is in determines if you made enough to support... has anyone ever received a checklist for not having enough income?

How long does it take to get an interview date after the CC?

do we get an email saying our case is complete? I called and they said it was complete but i still havent received any notification.. OR does the email come with the interview date?
