Jordan (where Sunday is a working day) has also published it today.

It’s weekend, it’s a government department, it’s not immediately actionable, so it’s surprising that someone in Ecuador took the time to publish it anyway. I’m assuming it will be published properly on Monday.

Due to a technical glitch, they have to discard all the old entries and start again next week. Not sure why this is not more widely publicized yet but this is the official US embassy site in Ecuador so it’s genuine. The entry site has been down for about a week, presumably while they have sorted this out. They will be emailing everyone who entered already to tell them to do so again.
So... a second chance also for all those who submitted duplicates, entered details wrong etc.

Oh, that's you. Forget about adjusting in US, beside being a fraud it won't work since you will not be in immediate relative category.

If your mother married the US citizen before you were 18 years old, she will be able to file CR-2 for you and in about a year you will legally be in the US.  If not yes it will be a long process - BUT you going on tourist visa and adjusting is not legal and even if you had not travelled with the intention to adjust I don't see how it can be legal.

From what I've read in these forums that rule is total BS. But yeah, that's what I dislike of trying to adjust status right away. It would make USCIS think I lied in the interview and then misrepresented myself in the Port of entry. Everything about the plan screams "preconceived intent" to me.

Hey I just needed confirmation that it was a bad idea to travel to the U.S, as a tourist, in a newly renewed B-2 visa (which required an interview) in order to adjust status for a green card, practically filling a 485 as soon as I arrive. Something tells me this is a bad idea but I'm being pressured to travel and try it. Since according to this page https://www.hooyou.com/familybased/exceptions.html , it is bad because in my interview, I practically made them understand that I had no intentions, whatsoever of emigrating to the U.S permanently because of my home ties, studies, relationships, etc. And by filling a 485 as soon as I get there would raise a red flag, mainly because I'm contradicting myself in a fresh interview and probably even at the point of entry. I know the 30/60/90 day rule is not valid at all, but based on all of what I've done, if I attempt what I just described, it will most likely get denied, and I could even be barred from entrying.

Thats helpful information that will help others better advise you on what to do. I don't really know about that kind of a visa so I don't want to give you advice when I don't know. That's better left up to someone else.

But I will say not to try to adjust status on the visitor visa. Wait for more information from your mom and to see what happens with the petition.
