I don't anything for certain. But I think it's this way..there is many officers reviewing different cases with different scan dates. We only have a certain amount here on our threads from each date. I imagine there is lots more from those same dates. Ones we have on our threads may have just not gotten to yet.

As per my knowledge, all the US embassy authorised medical centres ask for the Interview letter before giving you the appointment. I have confirmed it from both the medical centres in Delhi. However, I don't deny the possibility of the rule being country specific. So i have to wait for the interview letter before going for medical.

Hmm ok. Our lawyer gave us the list of things needed and We actually had to get family over there to request that specific BC with a permission letter and copy of i.d and then email it to us then give it to the lawyer. That's how we know what was sent. A lawyer is good when it comes to knowing what all is needed but the requirements change regularly. we had several difficult steps in our process so we deff needed a lawyer. But they have so many cases going on so it's best to double check Thier information and not depend solely on them. Hopefully we got it right.

I'm sorry you got ahold of such a ugly person. I don't see how someone can be so rude to someone they don't know. I think that's why I have refrained from calling. Last thing I need to do is release all my stress on the wrong person at the wrong time. Keep your head up don't let  that get you down. Sounds like u might. Usually with CC AOS disappears and visa status check says "at NVC" instead of "submit documents" call nvc to confirm and let us know! 😊

@JBMG just looked at the spreadsheet looks like we have a new confirmed April scan date! For April 3rd from @ajmac this is crazy they are skipping everywhere..

I too am looking forward to see more March filers get CC. But i guess one good thing it seems as if the weeks are going fast. 

Yea I just went and checked it! It's a great tool! We don't have to go back through all the comment like I used to lol but I was kind of bummed out to not see any later March CC's hopefully in the next two weeks they will be coming to a end with March cases..

Aww man..that is a very long time. I couldn't imagine. I hope they speed things up and you get to reunite soon!

The earliest I've seen lately is alil past 9 weeks. I think they are working on end of February - beginning of March scan dates now.
