Hi everyone!

My interview is already set by the end of Sept. and now, I am preparing our checklist... I don't know if I have almost everything complete, but I think I have covered the basics like certificates, bills and insurances, letters and proof of relationship, etc.

The only thing that I am wondering about now is, should I be bringing "ALL" of our bills? or is it like, just the latest 3 months? or just the first and last billing cycles? Should I bring the old phonebills (we changed phone provider last year) or just the new ones?

It's been almost more than a year before we filed for AOS and I would really hate to "HAUL A BOX OF EVIDENCES" B) not knowing for how long or which of those should I be bringing. And also plus the fact that I've read here in the forums that at times, they won't even ask for you to bring out all the stuff that you've brought at the interview.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Absolute neccessity: Insurances, Mingled Finances, Bills in both names.

My advice bring everything. For the whole year. Anyway it s better to keep everything organized. Make copies, sort them into binders. Put in a big bag. Usually when they see amount of paper, and if you are fast in pulling what they want, they wont question you a lot. Anyway You still will need that papers for removing conditions.

Don't worry about having the interview before your work authorization. I actually had my interview, recieved my greencard, and they still have not touched my EAD application. I am able to work because imade an infopass apointment to get a temporary work permit.

Rosita, if you already have your GC, why are you saying you are able to work due to getting a temporary permit? Once you get your GC, you no longer need the EAD.
