I can completely relate! I have been super cranky the past couple days!  I keep trying to tell myself that my VJ timeline slipping to the right more and more is just estimate, but it is so disheartening to see that. I know this wait is nothing for our long term happiness, but I just need to have a "march whiner" moment for now...

We should see movements on our petitions by late June/ early to mid July. You may receive the NOA2 while you're away in Europe. You can always delay the interview by a few months and write into the embassy to see if you can extend the expiration of your petition to delay it a little longer. That way you can have some extra cushion between the NOA2 and her migrating to the US. Once she receives her visa she has 6 months to enter to the US, depending on if her medical is still valid. I would recommend she enter before her medical expires. So she can definitely migrate to the US after the first of the year and still have everything valid.

Last week only rfe has been processed thus this and following week USCIS will hit the road with approvals and will touch march cases and issue Noa 2 prior to time line estimate

Hi! I'm new here and I'm so glad that I found this site! Now I know that I'm not alone anymore! Lol We received our NOA1 on March 6th and still waiting for our NOA2. Filipina fiancè here. 😁

Yup.. I tried to take the last WAC number in Degie's list and run scans from that number forward, but now I'm noticing that it probably wasn't the best thing to do as I may have missed some early March cases. I'm running scripts again going from that last WAC number on Dedgie's scans and running them backwards to make sure I get all of 3/2 and 3/1 cases... I'm also going to try to run my original scans if I notice a big gap to make sure I have ALL of them. With all these missing numbers, it does seem like March has over 4000 cases for the month. So we'll have to sit tight and be patient with USCIS and them processing out our NOA2's on time. Also to make room for the March cases I missed, I may have to remove the early April ones and then add them back as cases get approved and removed from the scans... So sorry to everyone and to those whose case I may have to remove from April.
 
I ask for patience in this. I'm not an IT type of person, even though it intrigues me, and am doing my best with what was given and explained. It takes a lot of time to explain what to do and how to do it and AkesAngel was amazing and then she went to visit her fiance (which is totally understandable) so I stopped bugging her and kind of went rogue on my own lol. I promise to have everyone's case numbers on the scans by the time they start touching March files.

Once again, the decision is yours. But if you read that thread carefully and maybe search for more information, you will see that people have had problems even after getting the visa. I don't have any statistics, maybe the majority of those who had a wedding before entering the US managed to do it without any complications but technically they were breaking immigration laws. I wouldn't risk it, because even if one applies for a spousal visa after messing up K-1, they will still have this record of attempting fraud, and may never be allowed into the States. Well, it's not the end of the world, they can always settle down in the beneficiary's country but for me it would be such a waste of time and money that no ceremony would outweigh it. Even if the chance of being caught was 5%, I wouldn't risk it, but that's just me

Noa1 was dated March 15, anxiously waiting like the rest of you. My fiancée will visit again 2nd week of June and hopefully that will be a relief from all this stress. We are hoping that we will get an update while she is here since she won't leave until late June.

I actually stepped away a bit because I was making myself crazy reading so many different opinions on things for the next steps and seeing so many people still waiting and running across threads on AP   Time has been going faster for me the less I've obsessed, but I think it will be harder to stay away when approvals for March eventually start rolling in
 

I am secretly hoping they are getting ready to implement a more efficient system

Sooo.. I have gotten myself locked out from running the USCIS scans for a few days I think I scanned too many cases yesterday so it's blocked me for a few days. Nevertheless, I did run the batch that I was missing and found quite a few cases in it with received dates of 03/02 & 03/03 so once I'm unblocked I'll run the scan again so everyone can find their case number; then I'll continue to run weekly until they consistently touch March cases.

Hello everyone! We send our pocket last march 27 2017 and 28th was recieved in texas and they move to california service center to process on april 16 we recieved our noa1, thanks God we are now waiting for our noa2 i hope it will be soon.. 

Today marks day 60 since date received. I just got back on Friday from spending a week with my fiancée in San Salvador, El Salvador. That was a real experience! We spent a day hiking up the Santa Ana volcano then spent several days at an all inclusive beach resort. First full week of vacation I've had in years! I'm getting where I don't care if its a RFE or what, I just want to hear something about the petition...

Being approved any day this month would be amazing, but I am not holding my breath expecting anything before mid June! And as much as we want our approval I am also praying for/hoping they can wrap up the remaining November, December and January people asap. Their waiting must be torturous!!! 

Day 45 here.  Every day is a day closer. We all got this. Booyah!

Day 50 since NOA1 🎉🎉🎉🎉

This is where I am glad that my fiance can drive up here and get me with his van that we lovingly call the grocery getter lol. He said his friends used to bug him saying you will never get a girl in that and then after we started dating does she know what you drive. LOL Personally I love his van its so useful. We figure it will take about 100 bucks in gas at the most there and back although we are staying in a hotel partway down. Actually staying in the hotel where we first met in Rapid City, SD.
 
I hardly slept last night.  I woke up at 4:30am from a nightmare of being denied. Damn nightmares. Should be an interesting work day today because I am half asleep right now at 7:30am. I leave for work in 45 minutes.
