  2. hi all

thought i'd post this incident as i think its hillarious!!!!!

hubby and i spent weekend in billings montana (halfway point). well friday night we went for mexican food, found this nice restaurant. ordered our food and ordered a frozen margarita to share, that was suggested by the waitress. Well it was a good thing we got one it was 64 oz. so the meal ends and we have this huge drink in front of us.

we get our bill and waitress says you want your drink to go. SURE so she comes back with 2 takeout cups full, but says we can't have straws. so back to motel room for margaritas. so funny. that wouldn't happen in canada.

    any other states like that?

for those who like chocolate!!! try "just desserts" chocolate chip cookie liquor. its like liquid candy bar with a kick

  3. hi mike,

i'm in the same boat as you my husband filed the i130 for me then the i129f for me and my kids, this was of course before i found this site.

we are continuing with the k3 and will file for the kids once we are there. its kinda a money now or later kind of thing and with xmas coming we decided to wait.

i'm not sure if paperwork for kids would catch up and would we need 2 seperate interviews if i130 is pursued.

    good luck in your journey

  5. i like the lighter hair brightens your eyes.

i quit coloring mine 3 years ago, i went from dark blonde to straw blonde looked great but the stripping of color and redying damaged it too much.

4 more inches i should be all natural

  6. wow i saw quite a few things i forgot about my list is getting bigger, think i'll have to toss some furniture to make room for the food.

as i'm sitting here i remembered one more item good ukranian perogies. since flour is an issue they may turn out as hockey pucks.

my hubby found perogies in a store but i bet they aren't the same. cranbrooks 99 miles away. so i can buy some things there.

  7. Lyric where in canada is he located ?

You can call provincial goverment services for health care and houseing also.If you can take a leave of absense from work would be better to come here through his cancer treatments, you may have trouble even later on with insurance anyways. Our prayers are with you both.

I work in health care so if you need advice please feel free to email me

  8. hi guys, I know exactly how you feel, and it is frustrating.

But i'm positive it won't be long for us both. We are still waiting letter in mail from our rfe email came on 10-02.

Hubbys at the point of moving to canada if things don't move soon, thats something he said he would never do, as he doesn't want to leave his kids and grandbabies behind.

    Hang in there

  9. hi all,

a question on the tax returns if you've been divorced or seperated.

my husband filed his 05 as single, but his 03, and 04 were filed with his now exwife. can we use those 2 years and will it affect this process i've never seen a u.s. tax form filled out, should we do a written explanation with them?

i guess a copy of his support payments also would be needed? his ex is getting all freaky about it she thinks we want her support lowered so i may have to explain to her. we are getting all this now talkingto employer early to give them a heads up. thanks for all the help

    terry

  10. i read pretty much all the posts on here.

and i'm also one of the ones with who forgets the grammar and paragraph breaks. I failed typing in school.

Reading breaks the monotony of waiting for hubby to come on line, especially the really interesting ones, I'm still rof over the funny things i've read.

  11. I'll be spending thanksgiving with my family guess its the last one here for me, big dinner sunday. I work the monday holiday though. 14 more days till i meet hubby in billings for a weekend together, which may be the last visit for a bit with christmas and all the fees to pay. happy turkey day everyone. B)

  12. We had to get them. It was a surprise because in Canada you don't get them until grade 6.

in manitoba its the hep b meningococcal c and varicella that is given in grade 4 at school
