I know they ask for marriage and divorce certificates from previous marriages for packet 3. now what my husband has is his divorce settlement its about 10 pages long detailing the divorce and its signed by the judge will they accept this. He says they don't have an actual certificate in idaho? like the kind you can frame and put on your wall. We had a hard time convincing people in canada to issue us marriage license but they did accept it any reply would be great terry and george

hi everyone yes its that time of year yet again. nov 25 marks the one year since hubby and i reconnected on the net. We've made our plans for christmas he'll take the train to Grand Forks North Dakota and i'll pick him up at 1 am dec 24th . He gets a week in Winnipeg in snow and cold. it will be my last xmas with my family and the first without his kids. We are so looking forward to it.

Marilyn check out amtrak fares if thats an option way cheaper then flying just takes a lot longer.

Hi mona lisa I guess you would write it in the way your name is on any legal documents. I would use mona lisa as your first name. Its kinda like the baptismal names some people have, not everyone includes it in documents. My husband only uses one middle name.

i worried about this question also. manitoba has a zero tolerence rule on domestic violence.

both spouses are charged no matter what. so i have been finger printed by the rcmp no charges were laid against me as i was the abused. so i assume i answer yes to this. I do remember officer said the prints are sealed and sent to ottawa. Though the 2nd time it happened only he was charged i never had to appear so who knows how this all works.
