What is the average number of days between 1st NOA letter and biometrics letter? got my 1st NOA on the 27th, still waiting for my bio letter. It won't show anything on USCIS case online status, right?

I felt really sad about it but now I am okay. I just have to stop comparing my case to others or else I am going to feel worse. 

I also asked my lawyer and she said she has no idea what they want. She took time preparing the packet before she mailed it but we still got an RFE. 

Anyway, we are still waiting to receive the notice. I'll update as soon as I get it.

Do you know if it is a RFE for I-485 or other form? 

hope it would be a easy fix, hang in there. 

Got NOAs from text and emails last week, all four of them (I-765, I-485, I-131, and I-130). Today I have received 3 NOAs in mail, but missing the one for I-765. Hope it is still on its ways and won't get lost.

I got my NOA (text and email) for all the forms this morning at 1:30am! I did get the favor, using outdated forms but still got accepted.

The strange thing is neither of my checks has been cashed.... I thought usually the checks get  cleared first. Has anyone had similar experience ?

I and I think some others here sent out our package especially the I-485 (for me) with the old form and was wishing they may send it back but they never did, I hope and pray you get same favor but if you don't please don't feel bad, in the mean time, fill the new forms and  wait for response and update from USCIS so that you can send it out immediately. good luck.

thank you for the kind words. I was really frustrated and kept blaming myself for not check the edition... But there is nothing I can do now, but be patient and wait. Hope I will get the same favor and prepare for the return at the same time. 

Hi everyone, so wish I had found this forum earlier....

I have filed my AOS package on March 14th, and yesterday when reading others posts I realized that I used the outdated I-485 and I-765 form...I did put in the correct fees for both I-485 ($1225) and I-130 ($535). But I am afraid mine will be rejected and returned to me, and it might take a few weeks for the package to get back to me. 

Don't make the same mistake... and hope I can get my package back soon....
