Its frustrating....tried to add her to my bank account, and could not without a State ID.

Anyone have problems getting an id card in new married name?

I did not submit it because in reality they should have it with our K-1 packet although that sometimes seems to get lost from reading older posts. So basically it is just a wait and see. If you need it they will ask you to have it for the interview.

We plan on mailing our AOS/EAD/AP packet today.....question is did did anyone not do their i-693. Read this on the I-485 instructions.

As you can see I did not want to leave anything out hence why I added so much. Now as for the I-131 I did not file it so maybe someone else can answer that one. I do know you need 2 passport pics for it. lol

Did you make copy of all the passport pages?

Yes you sure do.  Like Marzena said many of us have filed our AOS. Any questions we are glad to answer.  Make sure to have the transcript for 2016 to include in it if you have already done 2017 taxes include that as well.

Thanks...i am just at my desk at work trying to make a list of all the supporting documents to make copies for each on that is required....pulling information from everywhere....then picking up my bride and making copies tonight...and mailing this thing tomorrow.

Thanks,,,,no just to try and make 1 trip to the office store to start the photo copy of all the documents they want all over agian from the I465, ead, and etc.. thinking some may want the same form. Looks like 4 photos again. 2 for i485 and 2 for another one i saw last night at home.

What i gather after reading 200 pages of instructions it seems if you file together you pay 1140 and 85?

Wow....started working on AOS and things last night...4 hours later my head was swimming. So much still to do. Anyone complete theirs?

Done....married 12.6.17

Now....back to social security tomorrow for name change to mine.

Thanks man! Hope you two are enjoying your togetherness finally. POE is Dallas now for my fiance, easier flight time....more time in airport...but less time on that flight.

Medical is done today......now 8 days before interview. December 5th POE in the ATL is looking like a great day. Praying!

Got email from embassy asking for my fiance contact number.  Hoping she get packet 3 soon! How long has it taken other for fiance to get packet 3?

Yeahy,.....this morning our case left NVC on way to Embassy in Jakarta.

The originals I must have and signed I gather is the AOS (supporting documents), newer date intent to marry signed (copy for her to sign).  Am i missing anything?
