I did not submit affidavits originally because I read they are not considered strong evidence and that you only need them if your other evidence is lacking. Guess that was wrong information.
I believe so.

I didn't have affidavits either and I received an RFE. I included two affidavits in my response. However, they were focusing more on the lack of a joint checking account in the RFE letter.
Same here, I have submit the joint bank account statement (latest) but they need the statements for all the months from the beginning. I didn't know we had to submit the affidavits.

Hope for the best.
I got an RFE.

As a good rule of thumb, make a cover letter with a checklist of all that was included in the packet. It is not uncommon to have some misplaced documents.
Did you include the following?
1. affidavits
2. Medical Coverage showing both your names
3. Auto insurance coverage showing both your names
4. Home or renters insurance coverage showing both your names
5. Life insurance showing both your names as beneficiaries of each other.
6. Lease agreements or deeds showing both your names
7. Joint bank accounts
8. Joint taxes
9. Photos of travel and memories together.
10. bank statement showing money flowing between your accounts.
11. Utility bills for your residence showing both your names.
If you can, then apply.
Well I had all those except for the affidavits.

Have you included-tax returns/joint bank statements?
Yes, I had included joint bank account statements and tax reruns but it says I have to provide the bank statements from the beginning and they need the W-2's for all those years.

LIN (May) filer here. Just received an RFE for my case. It says Good Faith Marriage, Insufficient evidence. I thought I provided all the documents but I missed on the Affidavits from third party.

So my wife was checking her case status and it says “fingerprint review was completed”
“As of September 21, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence”
Does that mean her biometric interview is waived?
Any help would be appreciated!!
Thank you all!
Yes, it looks like her bio-metrics Interview has been waived. Hopefully it will be approved soon. Good luck!!

06/28/2019 - NOA received with 18 months extension (EAC Reciept Number)
I am still not able to check my case status online with the receipt number provided. I get the following error:
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:- My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.
when i call the phone number the agent says its might be too soon to check online... and no other info.. How long can this take? Just curious. Thanks.
Try setting up an account on myuscis site and add your case under your profile it will show you the latest updates and even notify you when there is any changes to it.

Hello everyone. Please I have a question,do I need to submit passport photographs with my I-751 form? Everything is set to be sent out today. But I don't include passport photographs. Just want to be sure. Thank you
No, you don't have to. USCIS will notify where you must go for the required biometric services and there they will take a photo.as well.

This sounds like they just looked up the processing times on their website 😑
Yes, I told her the same and she said it is all I see for now, no new updates on your case you have to wait and call back if it's passed the waiting time which is 14 months.

Yeah. All I have heard and seen is it's taking 12-14 months.

So still not received anything in the mail. I called USCIS to verify again and the my receipt number they gave me is correct. I am still not able to add it to my case status page. The agent on the phone said its not ready to be added to that page yet and that it might be too soon. How soon were you guys able to add your case to the mystatus page. ? Lastly, the agent told me to use the uscis tools page to fill an application to resend the NOA in the mail, which i have done. hopefully ill get it second time around. I have till july 27th till my card expires, hoping to sort it before then. Do you think i can re-enter with an expired GC and a reciept number or do i need the actually extension letter?
No, wait until you receive you the NOA you need have that if you're travelling. I wouldn't risk it with just the receipt number. Hopefully, you should receive something in the mail this week.

He confirmed my address was correct etc.. He ended up giving me my EAC number over the phone. I tried to add it to my case status on the website but it wont take it.. get the following error:
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:- You are attempting to add a receipt number that does not exist in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.

My packaged was delievered on May 9th and check was cashed on May 16th. I have not heard anything since.. is this normal? Also, it looks like people get a text notification. I am not sure how to sign up for that?
if you haven't filed the form G-1145, E-Notification at the time of filing you will not receive any text communication.I don't think there is an option to submit it now you will have to wait for the mail. Also, where did you send your package?

Hello guys, I am not a May filer but will be filing my ROC this August. Just a Q, what did you guys use to send your package. I noticed that if I send thru express USPS it would be a PO Box. Is someone going to sign it there? Thank you!
I used FedEx Overnight and it came with delivery confirmation (Signature).
