Hi everyone, I'm currently filing out the I-864. In Part 2 (Information about Principal Immigrant), under mailing address, do I put his address in his country or can I use the US mailing address?

It will be better if he goes to the high court to get a new one and take that to the NPC with his 2passport photographs and the fees
Thank you.

Fellow Nigerian, tell your husband to take the sworn affidavit of age/age declaration to the National Population Commissions in his residential state to obtain An Attestation Of Birth along with 2passport photographs and some fees. That's the only replacement of birth certificate NVC accepts from Nigerians.
Do you happen to know how much the fees are?

Hi everyone I need advice.
My husband doesn't have his birth certificate, but in the 90s, his father obtained a declaration of age (legal) from the courts, but it's been so long and it looks really old so the photocopies aren't very clear.
Should he get another one done? Will they consider it suspicious that he just got another one? Also should he attach the old one too?
I would really appreciate advice on this. Thank you

I received an email this morning from NVS. I am filled with so much joy. One step closer. I'm sitting in my office ready to cry tears of joy y'all.
So my questions:
DS - 261 - I'm going to be the Choice of Agent. As for the address, I have been using my parents address as my permanent address. I live and work in a different state now, I just moved here so my family address is the one I used for application and I didn't want any confusion. But I also don't want any problems in the future because when my husband comes, we'll be living in the current state but he will enter through the state my parents live in so we can spend some days with them before driving down to our home. Should I change my address to my current address or can I just leave it as my parents address? Will they be upset? Will it cause problems when he comes? Especially at POE and with receiving the green card?
Proof of relationship - can anyone please provide me with examples for this? It says for I-864A. Does it mean I don't have to provide proof of relationship between my husband and I?
IRS Tax Transcript - I received the transcripts. Can I open them and make photocopies and submit or do I submit them in their envelopes and then request them again and mail to him to take for the interview?
Proof of Domicile - do I just write a letter or is there something they're looking for?
I-864 - I lived abroad with my husband (a few years) before moving back to the US, so I only have a full one year of income (2017) in the US for the past 3 years. I did file tax returns while living abroad, although I didn't earn enough, but last year I earned enough to be able to prove I can support him. But I'm thinking of having my parents also do the I-864A, would it be wise to do so? or would that income from last year (2017) be enough to prove financial support, even though the other two years aren't enough?
DS-260 - Can I fill this out for my husband, or does he have to fill it out himself? Does it matter who fills in the information?
Court records - what does NVC mean by court records?
Proof of U.S. status - this is for me right? So my U.S. Passport, birth certificate, etc?
I'm trying to understand what information they want from me and what they want from my husband. On the cover sheet, the items under number pertains to my husband and the items under number 3 pertains to me right? Or does item number 2 pertain to me too?
Sorry it's a lot of questions, but I really want to get all the information in to them so they can CC my case on time. No more delays, lol. Thank you in advance for the replies and I wish everyone good luck

Hi been lurking around and never posted, my PD is 7/19/17 and approval was 2/13/18. SO glad about that. Where can I get a NVC checklist? I'd like to prepare before the package comes. Thank you
