Yesterday, I received an alert from my USCIS App that my status has changed. After many months of worrying and wondering, these past two weeks have moved me from finally getting my I-751 approved, receiving my Green Card, N-400 Interview,  getting Approved and now receiving a notification that 
Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed
We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXXX. We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us. Please follow the instructions in the notice.
 
This has been an incredible fortnight, and to all those who agitate at this process, I hope my story can make you believe that it can also rain in the desert. I believe that in spite of this protracted and sometimes hard-to-apprehend process, there is hope for all of us who are true to our immigration pursuits. I know that it might  seem easy to say, "hang in there, it's going to be resolved in due course", because I am an Oath Letter away, but hang in there that's what I have been doing the past 2 years and 2 months. Nothing is special about my status, but my time just came now and yours will, soon.

Just got a text update on my phone that my Interview has been scheduled!! Eagerly awaiting my letter in the mail to know the date

Husband had interview today. It's finally over! We are just waiting for the oath ceremony to be scheduled. Big thanks to VisaJourney for all the help over the years!

The N400 interview appointment notice should show the date for your interview. I looked for it in the documents tab but didn't see it the first time I logged on. I logged off and after logging on a second time after maybe a half hour or so, the document showed up out of no where and I was able to check my wife's interview day. Hope that helps.

Hi, guys. They scheduled my N400 interview today! I don't have the date yet,  but I am very glad in general, that there is some movement! I applied for I751 in May 2017 and for N400 in May 2018 , online filer.

This week, got an update. 
 
I-751: New card is being produced 
N-400: In line for oath 

They scheduled my N400 interview today too! But I don't know the date yet. I filed for I-751 in May 2017 and for N400 in May 2018, online.

Well my case was a little bit confusing. I have pending i751 but my interview was only for n400. Officer said that I passed the test but he couldn’t approve me because another officer has to go through my i751 and approve it first and that I probably will receive an interview notice (I was told that LA office doesn’t do combo interviews anymore). Date of my interview was October 17th. Yesterday I received a status update about i751 that they mailed card, today at 7 am another text saying that i751 was approved and 10 minutes later 4 texts messages about n400 status change and when I checked online it was showing that they mailed a ceremony notice. Woooow. Can’t believe I have one last step left in this path! Probably won’t believe it until attend the ceremony! I truly hope others will have some good news too very soon. We all have been waiting for really long time 🙏🏻

It took 2 years and 2 months for I-751 approval and on October 24, I had my N-400 interview and was approved. I'm currently waiting for an Oath Ceremony invitation letter. I can't wait to finally close this protracted chapter of my life. Congratulations, @Tc123 on being naturalized, I am very happy for you. All the best of success in everything you do and pursue!

Tc123, thank you for your support and as much wait this has been, more than 2 years in the making, people like you have made this journey motivating, promising and reassuring. It is in the engaging comments, feedback and acknowledgements that we all probably find our strength in this process. I am glad that you got to the finish line. Congratulations and continue to be there for others who are uncertain about their case process!

I agree that the behavior of your IO was that of an officer who was under training, and because of his experience needed a senior to make a final decision. You can only imagine what happened after your interview. He couldn't update your case, and couldn't make a call on approval because he's new and learning. Chances are, your application is with his supervisor, who didn't interview you, inundated with other cases, and trying to go through those cases on her/his own, also seeking feedback from the trainee IO. I'm sorry that you have to go through all that, but it will be resolved soon.

Thank you very much, @sw88! Congratulations on your approval, that's a major step in the right direction. I can imagine how frustrating this process can be, because I believe that, different IOs handle followup different. I was amazed how fast my status changed, as soon as I left the interview, it constantly changed every step of the way, from NEEDING MORE INFORMATION, to OATH SCHEDULING as soon as I submitted (within an hour) the missing information to APPROVAL, all within 6 hours. I strongly believe that the experience and professionalism of the IO plays a major role in getting things done. The IO I had was a consummate professional, and I could tell she was experienced because there a time when she asked those YES/NO questions without even looking at them, but busy going through a lot of paperwork in my thick file. Please don't despair, because some IOs defer cases to their supervisors for one reason or another, cases left them on their desks, maybe forget to enter the progress of the case, or delegated to other roles. Give yourself a little bit more time to wait for a change in status, and if it takes much longer, call USCIS and request TIER 2 officer to track the status of your case, or set up an INFOPASS to inquire about the status of your case. You are almost there, don't stress yourself anymore.

I had my interview at Chicago office on October 18, 2018. I got approved too then and there by the IO but it has been now 8 days and My status still says old one of Interview scheduled. I'm so confused, what is going to happen. No updates, nothing

I got to my 8:30 am interview at Newark, NJ. I was done after 1-hour wait. I only remember 4 of the 6 questions I answered -:
1 - What is an amendment? / 2 - Who vetoes bills? / 3 - What is the capital of New Jersey? / 4 - What is the supreme law of the country? 
Reading - Who was the first President / Writing - George Washington was the first President.

The Oath ceremony was at 11:30 am, there was an earlier one at 9 am. We were 74 people at the Oath Ceremony from 30 countries. So within 4 hrs I was interviewed and Oathed. Wish everyone success in their journey. I followed this thread on the sidelines but I was grateful for all your insights on various things. Best to all.

hello, I am so happy!!!!  I wanted to share this with everybody 😃😄Today I received a text about an update in my case and it says interview scheduled, but i am not able to see the date yet. It took 7 months. How long does it take to see the interview date?  

I just got an email that they scheduled me for my oathtaking 😃 Finally i'm almost done. I checked my uscis account and the document they sent me has been uploaded. Oathtaking scheduled on Nov 15 @ Campbell, CA. Yahoo!
