Hi Guys! Are there any early December filers here who already received their RFE? And if you have how many days did it take before you have it in your hands? How long before the approval? Anxious to know what ours is and hoping we'll receive ours within the week. 

Hey, everyone! I'm just writing to wish everybody a really quick-moving week at whatever stage you're at with your visa! Here's to tons of successful NOA2s, case number recievings, medical appointments, interviews, and approvals for you and us all! We'll all be home with our loved ones soon!

For everyone still waiting for NOA2, I hope we see a large number of approvals this week!

I got my RFE via text on a thursday and received the hard copy 5 days later. Still waiting on approval for 7 days and counting.

We have the same NOA2 date and I received mine yesterday as well. Hopefully we don't have too long to wait till our case numbers are available at NVC!

Got my Noa2 hard copy today!!! 

gtiorobertsf said theirs is because they forgot to answer a question in the I129f form on page 5. I checked ours and we forgot to do the same. Hopefully and crossing our fingers that it's as simple as that. I feel silly, but at least in a way, there is progress. Do keep us updated. Goodluck!

Yikes. Checking our form now. The application is so long that when you are filling it out you get blinded by the questions that you don't need to answer and those that you do. Looked at page 5 and I checked the boxes there that applied to us  Whew! Good luck!

Hi guys, at 9:47EST tonight we got approved finally. Thank you everyone for being such a great community. The giddy is real. 

We did the same... i'm curious as well... Hang in there... also RFE on this last Monday  the 17th...

Hi! Checked USCIS and we got an RFE. At least they already looked at our application. I don't know what they would want more as we tripled check everything and sent everything they need. 

Awww. That's a bummer! I hope ours is as simple as that though and not more documents to get. I'm worried that it might be regarding my former name. I wasn't legally adopted but I only knew 2 years ago. My adoptive parents changed my birth name. So before filing our petition, I had to do a lot of document changes. Hopefully not as my passport matches my original birth certificate already. We're you able to send back what they needed?

Hang in there. Fiance visa is a lot faster. I know someone who applied for a spousal visa and it's been years and still, they have no approval. Hopefully, you will receive your NOA2 soon, Good luck!

I thought so too. We received an RFE for not checking a box to a question. Which was the one asking if you've been convicted of murder, sexual assault etc.
So was a big relief to know it wasn't more serious. Hope is something simple.

We just receive NOA2 approval yesterday at 11 pm . 😆😆😆😆😗😆😆😆😗😆😆😆😆😆😆

Congratulations! First time posting here. Ours is 111 days since received date. I'm a little disheartened but my fiance is patient and confident that we'll get our approval soon. 

Hi. Thanks! Still the same status though. We only check on a weekend and try to forget it as much as possible, but easier said than done. I saw a Dec 28 just got approved. Happy for them of course. Just that I feel the same as most of us waiting for the NOA2 feels.    

We're a day ahead of you guys. Crossing fingers and praying really hard that we'll all get our approval soon. I miss him so much already!
