MPHInquiry.CIS@uscis.dhs.gov I'm pretty sure this is the one.

You go to ustraveldocs.com and schedule an appointment.

We filed on February 22nd and got an RFE on March 10th. So it would have only been 17 days to approval if we sent proof of relationship between my wife and her son.

He will need proof of residency. I had a lease agreement in my name.

thanks for the info. how much did you pay for everything?
$1070 for I-130 petitions.
$750 at interview.
16,000 pesos and 8,500 pesos for medical exams. (I don't remember the exact amounts)
$440 for green cards.
For just one immigrant it will be half, that's how much for wife and stepson.

Hi, did they ask you for any proof of domicile documents? If ever, what did you present? Thanks!
They didn't ask for any proof of domicile. But I had electric and water bills, drivers license, verizon bills, and bank statements.

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

No, I didn't have to pay anything for it.

Just got some few clarification over the phone with USCIS customer service.
I think the instructions they give you with the visa packet is outdated. Be nice if they would update it for future people. We got to the US the other day, so glad to be back. Think my wife and stepson already like it better than the Philippines.

That's great! You were able to pay it over the phone?

We paid my wife's green card fees online. I didn't see a drop down menu anywhere either. https://www.uscis.gov/file-online
I just clicked on log in, then click on the blue circle that says pay immigrant fee.

You'll need the PSA copy of the marriage certificate. It takes several weeks to get but you can pay a little extra to get it in a week. I forgot the details of that, I'll ask my wife what we had to do. You might also need a CEMAR for both of you. We had to have one but we filed DCF.

My wife's and stepson's packets are the same way.

I think it is just the cosponsor's income. But might be able to do a joint sponsor, not sure though.

Have you checked to make sure he meets the poverty guidelines?

Not very long, I think when we went there for the interview it was an hour altogether.

February 22nd, filed cr1 and cr2 petitions at Manila Embassy.
CR1 documents:
Info-pass letter
I-130
G-325a for my wife and myselfPSA marriage Certificate
My wife's CEMAR and my(usc) CEMAR
Wife's birth certificate and my birth certificate
Copy of bio page of wife's passport and copy of bio page and visa pages of my passport
Photocopy of wife's NBI clearance
2x2 pictures of wife and myself
CR2 documents:
I-130
PSA marriage certificate
stepson's birth certificate and my birth certificate
copy of bio page from stepson's passport and my passport and visa pages
we brought 2x2 pictures of him, but they gave them back
Proof of relationship: bunch of pictures( they only kept pictures from our wedding), facebook messages, joint bank account, lease agreement in both of our names.
Proof of my residence: tourist ACR card, bank account, and lease agreement.
We received an RFE on March 10th for proof of relationship between my wife and her son. Didn't see that as a requirement anywhere when we were preparing everything beforehand. Sent school records, vaccination record, school id's listing his mother as emergency contact, and some old pictures of the two of them. And a medical certificate from the hospital where she gave birth to him.
May 3rd, received approval notices for both petitions and May 8th received case numbers.
Filled out the DS260 for both of them. Registered online at St. Lukes. And scheduled interview for them. Medical exams on July 4th were good, vaccine for stepson on July 6th. Wife had to come back on the 14th for a pregnancy test. The test was positive so she had to go to another Dr. to get an ultrasound and a medical certificate from them. Nothing showed up on the ultrasound because my wife was only two weeks pregnant. Went back to St Lukes and they wanted my wife to come back on the 17th to see their ob-gyn. I told them my wife's interview is on the 17th and they said we need to reschedule it. I got mad because we had the medical exams two weeks before the interview and they waited almost two weeks to give my wife a pregnancy test. There may have been some cussing on my part as I told them we couldn't afford to reschedule because plane tickets aren't cheap. The woman made some phone calls and told us it was ok to go to the interview then go back there afterwards and they will forward the result to the embassy.
At the interview July 17th, talked to Filipino consulate and she took the documents we brought. Marriage certificate, CEMAR, birth certificate, NBI clearance, affidavit of support forms from myself and cosponsor, and supporting documents for those. Then went up stairs to pay. Next was finger printing, then interview with American consulate. I guess it helped with me being there because he didn't ask very much, only how we met and said we were approved.
The visas were in AP for a couple of days while they waited for St Lukes to send the medical results. Status changed to "issued" on July 20th. Picked up their visa packets from 2Go on July 27th!! Finally, it was over

@Haltom Family yes, we got the visa packet and everything went fine with the medical docs. I have read a couple of post from people that paid GC fee after arriving in the US, I don't think there was a problem. On uscis site, it says "you get the card 120 days after paying or 120 days after entering US, whichever is later".

Thank you very much, I was worried about it not asking for any names but I guess their names are tied to the A number.

My wife and stepson's CR1 and CR2 visas were approved a couple of weeks ago. We have their visas and I'm trying to pay the immigrant fee online. I created an account on uscis.gov/uscis-elis like the paper that came with their visa packets say to do. But then it says to select "USCIS Immigrant Fee" from a drop down menu and enter their name, date of birth, and country of birth. There is no drop down menu anywhere that I could find and there is nowhere to put the other information. The only thing I could find is a place to enter their A-number and case number. Am I doing something wrong? Or has the online system changed and they are giving instructions for an old way?

You don't have to pay a fee, it was included in the fees already paid.
DCF for I-130 petition is currently lined up for review

My wife already got her social security and green card. Got here September 7th. She's too scared to learn how to drive. We both work at the same place, started a couple days after she got here. She doesn't seem to have any problems with culture change, but where we live in Arkansas it's pretty laid back and relaxed. How are you doing?
