    my wife is taking her oath today, we filled f2a visa as a LPR. i am still waiting or an interview letter, my question is should we do an upgrade LPR TO IR1 after her oath today? to make the interview fast or just wait for the embassy as F2A

     im expecting a date from nvc for an interview.

    i need a response please so that i can decided  we have been on the case for more than 2 years

    several month with no update on CR1/IR1 Filing as a permanent residents of 10years

     

    hello, how have u been? i have been very depressed for a while now, cos we have not received any approval since priority date feb27 2017.. its 9month now. 

    could this be because my Nigerian wife is filing a CR1/IR1 as a permanent resident(10years).

     

    we are using a lawyer and its like shes  not saying anytin
