My fiancee went to her interview today in Japan.the co was very stern with her from the beginning. We been seeing each other since 2011. 7 times. We had all the documents pics and everything else. I was married before and so was she. We're both legally devorced but she was asking her(are you sure he's only bring you?)  And at the end my wife got no information from the co. She just say ok and left the room. This is playing with people life here. How can they be like this?

Hmmm.... petitioner birth cert is only required when petitioning for parents i guess, dont remember hearing people mention anything about bringing petitioner's original anything to interview as it would then be a hassle.....
    Sorry i cant help much..

Exactly... the site it likely wrong right now guys...
There seems to be a big back up at most USCIS centers (notable exception is Texas). Its hard to say exactly where they are because their site is terribly maintained and they have recently been sending a lot of cases to other service centers to re-balance the workload. I would sit tight for a bit and hope for the best! It could be several more months for you - hopefully faster though!

Regular photo copy of all docs is fine for NVC. The only things that need to be originals (with ink signed signatures) are your I-864 doc(s) for AOS.

gulabg - Expedites are granted only for special circumstances and I don't think that getting a congressman involved (unless you have been waiting longer than established wait times, which is 6 months for USCIS) will help a whole lot. I would search here on VJ for others experience with this, since I don't have any. I know that its better to submit some kind of evidence for your hardship/special need... good luck!
