Pinkielicious got a reaction from mmmp in April 2017 AOS Filers
If you're lucky, they'll accept it. I know some people sent out the expired forms, but USCIS still took it. However, it depends on your luck. If not, they'll return the whole package, and you'll need to re-apply.

I understand the anxiety! I have a great job lined up in August and need the EAD before that. So I hope that 3 months are enough to get it or I might loose this opportunity. I wish both of us a speedy and uncomplicated process!

I agree with what @Katrin.TX said, it could be the worker who has your case. Give them another week and then contact them....
Hang in there dont lose hope yet!

I would still say forgiven, not ignored. Ignored implies acting like it never happened. When you forgive something you do not forget the act, just excuse it for the time. Being out-of-status is forgiven for AOS. Not for other circumstances. So for example, theoretically, if she were to abandon AOS and leave the country while out-of-status, when she wants to come back in, those out-of-status days are on the record and can affect entry.
Yay, congrats! I got notifications only 6 days after delivery too, and on Saturday as well, maybe the processing times are picking up!!

Pinkielicious got a reaction from sheebal in March 2017 AOS Filers
Some of us had to wait past 20 days in order for our checks to be cashed. Mine was cashed on my 21st day, and one of our members just told us that his check had finally been cashed on his 28th day. So stay positive and be patient! Good luck to you :).

Mine was delivered on Mar 16th. My cash was cashed on last Thursday, which was my 21st day. It will be your turn soon. Stay positive!

Just a quick update on my case:
My husband told me that USCIS had cashed the check yesterday morning, which was my 21st day. However, the check cashing process is still pending as of this moment. I've been waiting for the texts/emails since last night, but I think I must wait until they completely withdraw the money from my bank account in order to receive those notices, mustn't I?

Seems like it rained biometric letter yesterday coz I also received mine
This is a much better shower than last week where RFIE updates were everywhere.
Anyway, happy weekend everyone!
For those who received good news, congratulations!
For those who will have a quiet weekend, hang in there! ---- as what my lawyer always tells me when I worry of things not happening, "Don't worry, it will come."

They finally cashed my checks!!! What a relief! I was afraid they will reject it again. I didn't get any notifications yet, but at least I know they accepted the paperwork and started working on it! Good luck to everybody that's waiting, I know how agonizing it is.

I hope you'll hear something before they reply your email. I know it normally takes forever for them to get back to you. I've seen someone was told to stay on the line for 230 minutes. Anyways, good luck to you, and to me, too! Let's keep on checking our bank accounts for some good news LOL.

Be positive, Denis. If you didn't make any mistake on the forms, you should be okay. Please let us know if you receive something.

For those waiting for NOA1s, I understand your frustration. I got ours at 21 days, and it was VERY frustrating to see people who had sent their packets later than us get the NOAs earlier. Just hang in there, they'll come.

To everyone of us who haven't heard anything from USCIS especially our dear @Pinkielicious, @Denis & San etc, I still urge you all to be strong and positive, I can imagine your anxiety and frustration, keep encouraging each other and most of all do not compare cases as all are different. If after 30 days nothing happened, you may call the USCIS. Best of luck. I always have you on prayers.
To those who got notification like @MsGee congratulations and good luck as you step into another phase of waiting for biometrics etc.
To those who got RFIE/RFE like @raini7 I can imagine how bad you feel about that but I think it is something you can contact someone from your home country to help you get and sent before the days given elapses. Good luck.
Let's keep encouraging each other and stay positive as we hope for the best. Good luck folks.

Don't resubmit until they told you to do so. I understand your feelings since it's what I'm feeling right now. Hopefully, we will hear something by the end of this week..

This is the first time I had heard about the i130..... Kinda panicked!
I did check the USCIS website, I was getting ready to print off the form, but then realised the i130 wasn't same form I have used. Just to check @Pinkielicious what edition of form did you use cos it says this:
"If you are using the 02/27/17 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit a Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary." Then i panicked because the edition now on the website isnt the same as mine at all, but then turns out:
"If you are using the 12/23/16 edition of Form I-130 to file for your spouse, you must also submit two Form G-325A, Biographic Information: one for you and one for your spouse. Do not submit Form G-325.Please read our Lockbox Filing Tips." which is the form I have used, and:
"Starting 04/28/17, USCIS will only accept the 02/27/17 edition. Until then, you can use the 12/23/16 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions."
so all in all, @Pinkielicious if you have used the 12/23/2016 edition then you did not need to submit i130, you only needed to submit the G325A

Please forgive me for my slow response, my mother-in-law is visiting us and we have been quite busy with all the shopping and spending time together!
I understand your frustration...but as lot of people said here, everyone's case is different and taking longer to receive NOA from USCIS doesn't mean there's something wrong with your case! Hang tight and be sure to let us know when you receive NOA!

You won't be out status since you have already applied for AOS via marriage to a US Citizen .

Wow! A very big congratulations to you @Ambasa73. So happy for you. Good luck in coming updates.
@Pinkielicious it could be sure very frustrating that you still haven't heard or got any update. It is so human and natural to compare cases but please be strong and positive. I pray you get notified in positive updates soonest. Good luck.
Please be strong,I can imagine how frustrating it could be, I pray things will turn out good for you soonest. Good luck
I love the spirit, stay strong and positive. Also be happy it came this fast and not after waiting after months. Good luck.
Wow!!! Congratulations and good luck. It will all be great.
Congratulations and hopefully they will sent the texts and emails as well as NOA1 ( form i797C) to you soon. Good luck
I think it should not be that and I do not think USCIS is not tribalistic in handling cases. Be strong and positive. Good luck.
Congratulations and good luck.
Only one email and phone number is needed for updates, if your husband got them, that is fine. Congratulations so far and good luck.
Congratulations and good luck. It is your choice to arrive earlier at the ASC (#my opinion though)
Congratulations and sure that will come in less than two weeks from now. Good luck.
