Hi my window is 11 feb, i plan to summit today but some peoples told me that can not use the binder and plastic sheets! Could you guys show me your pictures about your organization paper for reference? Thabks in advance

I told you have to wait 21 days and then you can ask them about ur case! Too early to call them right now, don't rush! Because you have to wait your case getting ready at least 1 week and have to wait about 2 more 2 weeks to wait embassy send you p3 email for doing medical exam, here vietnam not like those countries, i was rush everything but finally i have no choice and interviews schedule on may anf june still not open so if you finish all that steps, you're still not get your day! Just calm down 

Excuse me! May someone can help me? In confirmation appointment page, my passport number is wrong when i made an account before, now i login on my account and update profile but can't fix it! In worried without right information! They wont let me enter to embassy for interview!

my passport number is xxxx6968 but i wrote 6869

The NVC don't send a letter anymore.  The first letter you will get after your NOA2 will be the beneficiary's letter from the embassy.

 

You can request a letter from the NVC by telephone but they will only send it if you ask for it.  You don't need it for anything. Once you have your case number (by phone), you can go ahead and complete the ds-160, the i-134 and book your medical (and interview after the case has been received by the embassy).  You should have your police record, vaccination record and any medical reports from your doctor before your medical and interview and these can take a while so best to get that organised first.

 

 

Here in viet nam they need the letter with casenumber from nvc or consular!

i have called nvc and they say that the letter have been sent already!

subkit ds160, pay fee, book interview schedule, no need that letter! But go to interview and mecidal examination they need it! Idk how process in other countries

The nvs will send to petitioner a letter informing casenumber after they send your case to embassy! And wheb the embassy recieved your case they will sens you packet 3 including (i129f, k1instruction qnd letter with casenumber, you have to use that letter for interview and medical examination! But dont wait for then to send! Wait to 1 week before your schedule interview! If yiu still not get anythibg from them, sebd ibquiry to consular for that email! 

I need the NvC mail or letter with casenumber, because here in vietnam they need it with confirmation schede for medical exam! But i have called to nvc and mail to them and inquiry to my embassy here but i dont get any p3 or casenumber mail! So i have tobwait it for medical exam! Dont know when it done

Just because a previous page when they ask you how many applicants , you  perhap choosen 2 so that why it cose double! 

I think you just press back button and fix 1 instead 2!

My friend is 22 November, still not approve yet, but in report showed that no more case in 22 November! Weird!

I called this morning! And they said they still not get my case in system! They told that have to wait more till they get it and wnter on their system and inform to me case nimber! Dont know how long it take! Some peoples got their number on 17 days ! Why not me loll

Prepare your noa1 &  2 letter just in case they ask something  about receipt number and such. My fiance was asked about few stuff about me as well (im the benificiary).. Unfortunate she forgot my birthdate .. The officer was like "this is so disappointing" haha.

Really? I got approved on 17 feb but still not call to nvc cause i think still soon! 

You should go to ceac.stage.gov and use that case number to checkif you case is ready that mean it moved to your embassy already.

I talked direct to the officer and she told me if i have wait 120daya and up then you can make an inquiry for my case and they will pay attention to mu case! So that my experience want to share you!

so how many days after got approved we should call to NVC to get case number?

- i see a lots of case fail in interview because the consular don't trust their relationship and they need more proofs as family tree, timeline, marriage commitment...! I think our case have been decided fail or not in the first step maybe, and interview just face to face but the result is not change! Is that true?
