    Hi!
You can get tax transcripts from the IRS as well it's easier for them to understand.
Or you can create an account on hr block website where you'll be able to download a PDF of the full tax return with W2s. It's free.

They probably want evidence for the expedite request.

I really wish people would search this forum a bit more before asking the same question which has been answered over and over and over. I really don't mean to be rude in any way. It's just that I seem to write this at least twice per day: The statement that you don't meet 125% of the income requirement, will be indicated ANY time something else is wrong or missing. It is an automatic consequence of not providing all the (or not in the correct way) information/evidence that is asked for. So, IF you know that you are over, then all you need to do is submit the evidence/corrected forms which they are looking for.

In addition to that please read and double check i-864 according to this: https://cliniclegal.org/resources/five-most-common-mistakes-completing-i-864 (13a-c refered to in the article is from an old form version and is equivalent to19a-c in the current form version)

So far I have yet to see anyone with an RFIE or RFE on here for either application take longer than 120 days. (Anyone on here?? correct me if I'm wrong). It looks to add a maximum of around two weeks and nothing at all at a minimum (meaning some can't even be distinguished from ppl without rfe's). SOme of this ofc depends on when the rfe was issued in the process and how long it took for it to arrive in the mail, plus the time for answering... those aren't USCIS processing additions, but ofc adds time for the applicant.

I truly believe, your wait won't be all that long... keeping fingers crossed for all of you...

From what I've researched, your (our) next update will  be 'ready to be scheduled for interview.' Which means our field office has received our file, determined everything was ok and put us in the line for interview. After NBC received the RFE response, it was waiting in the pile with other responses, then scanned as 'received,' went to the officer's shelf, he/she reviewed it, continued working on our case. If no other RFEs, he/she put it in the line with completed cases to ship out to field offices. They mail it to our office, there it sits again before they review it. They finish the checks and put in the line for interview. The timeline varies office from office. If your office is busy, it can take weeks/months to get to this stage.

Yes most people on here usually don't wait too much longer. It's more as a pause rather than a reset.

Yes! If he is technically self-employed look into how other self-employed ppl have shown their income. I know some ppl have written some kind of schedule of income and used bank-slips etc to corroborate it. I don't know the nature of your husband's employment exactly, but YES!

USCIS is also known to be slow and unpredictable.
I wouldn't expect anything about the EAD or AP before the 90th day or even 95th. Just my thoughts. You can always attempt to expedite the employment authorization but you will need a valid reason and proof.

November/December/January is probably the worst time of the year to file for AOS.

Holidays, holidays then backlogged cases respectively.

If you look at the AOS time trend in the statistics section, AOS takes longer when filed during those months

Day 111: feeling a bit nervous, just hoping to get an EAD or something before he graduates in a few months and can't apply for a new visa..

Anyone know about what to do in case that does happen?

I think the worst part about the AOS waiting game is just twiddling your thumbs having absolutely no clue about what and when anything will happen haha

In our service request response (which we got the day before the EAD approval) - it said that our EAD would be processed 90 days from the response received to our RFIE. Which would have been from 12/14 - but it ended up processing at 95 days from original filing date.

I sent my RIFE to the courrier address and the case updated to RIFE received. USPS delivers to PO boxes and regular addresses; No need to worry

Thanks for your response! That was my thoughts as well. I think I sent enough info. Too much is Better than not enough. I put "1" as th household size and they sent me the RFE (makes sense of course) since our household size is 2.
His income is $25k yearly and the threshold is 20k or just above i believe. Hopefully that's enough for them.
