  1. hi everyone! i need your help...

i am the beneficiary...a citizen of the philippines but has a working visa here in canada...May 19,2006 till May 2007. i just worked for my employer for just 1 week. he was very rude & harrasing so i left my job... until now (6 months already)..i still don't have any work or employer...looking but don't have any luck... will that affect the petition of my USC fiance?

in my G325A form- my present employment is NONE... i'm worried!!!

    ideas here please....

If you are a citizen of the Philippines and is currently on a working visa in Canada and you quit your job, you have to return to the Philippines. What have you been doing in Canada for the last six months? Better make sure the Cdn govt doesn't know about this or you'll be in trouble?! Did you manage to find another job in Canada? It probably won't affect your application as riblet has indicated because you're the beneficiary, not the petitioner. No worries, but I would sort out the employment issue asap.

  2. A donut is not a donut is not a donut! KK is just way too much sugar and has a gross aftertaste. bleah :P

I do not concur. I guess I have a sweet tooth. KK's donuts are so soft and literally melts in your mouth, even if they are 1 day old. Try doing the same with Tim Hortons.. it's just not the same... they're HARD.

By the way I did not note a gross aftertaste after having KK donuts either.. I guess it depends on the person.

  3. congratulations! I"ll be interviewing in the Vancouver Consulate too for my K-3 but this is also good information for me.. at least i know to skip the line and go straight to the guard with my papers hehehe

Vancouver has the 'boil water alert' right now because we have had heavy rain and soil has rushed into the reservoir.. contaminating our water... our tap water right now looks MUGGY.. i'm not kidding!!

  4. I was touched on the 23rd of October, but never received an email or notifcation about transfer... Now when I check my status I see this message

Did some cases get sent to Missouri? I don't remember it ever being there, but I could be wrong.

    Hi Libersolis,

I got the exact same message as you; but they posted that message under my I-130 petition.

For the I-129 F petition, it says that we're pending (same as jessipooh's message) and later she was approvd by mail. FYI for you. I wonder if you got a letter from them describing how they will process the case? Is that considered 'extra examination'? I hope not?!! :help:
