Okay, I've been waiting 91 Day's now and still no NOA2.

I don't have much time left on this planet to survive this USCIS waiting period.

Can someone make a phone call on my behalf PLEASE??????

    Hello fellow Filers

It's been very quiet in this room for the past couple of day's.

Maybe like us you are beginning to feel the pain and frustration of waiting for our NOA2.

Here we are at the end of another week and still waiting to win the lottery; or so it feels like that.

Well hopefully by the end of today this will bring many of us our NOA2 approvals allowing us to move forward to the next steps in this challenging process.

    Amen.

    Yes.
I think I'm rubbing the USCIS Icon off of my phone from too many touches a day.
We knew that we were going to be in for a wait, but after waiting now over 90 days the frustration is really beginning to build.
It's all in Gods hands and on his timeline.

Any day now since they are approving cases in and around our NOA1 dates.

Good news is coming our way, I can feel it.

So I guess even though the USCIS website is down for maintenance they are still sending out messages tonight advising case updates.

You couldn't illustrate a better caption on just how I am feeling at this moment.

Yes we should be thankful USCIS has started approving some of our cases, and we also need to be sympathetic to the many December and some November filers who are still awaiting their NOA2.
While trying to keep an optimist attitude, I just looked back at some of the September and October filers where many received their NOA2 approval in 30 days or less. Not sure if this was because their were fewer filers back then or not. Their are not stats to look at since no one had cracked the code back then of being able to download details of the USCIS monthly / daily stats.

I needed to vet our frustration here to try and understand why filers 6 months ago were receiving NAO2 approval in under 30 days and here the majority of us sit over 90 days and still counting?????

Not to rub salt in the wound but we all paid a major price increase when filing only to receive poorer service?????

Us January Filers, including those Filers in November and December who have not been approved can do nothing but just sit back and hope that our file, or better yet our lottery ticket gets picked tonight.

I have traveled back to the Philippines twice to see my finance since filing our K-1 Visa, just returning 2 weeks ago.  It's so tough saying goodbye and being apart from someone you love with all of your being with no control over when we will see our NOA2 and begin moving this process forward to finally be with the person we love so much. Like I said to my fiancee, just keep these time fresh in your mind so that when we do finally cross the finish line we will never forget the physical pain we know too well now of being apart from one another. I know for sure if all of us always hold on to the memories of the here and now this will only make for a solid relationship going forward.

Even after receiving our NOA2 our work has really only just started. At least from this point things move in a more logical manner and we take some of the control into our own hands with setting our appointments for medical, embassy and in the Philippines the required CFO.

BTW anyone looking to do their CFO in Cebu, if you have the afternoon appointment at 2 PM your flight needs to arrive Cebu airport by 8 AM to meet the noon check in. Even though the CFO office is only about 30 miles from the airport, it took us 2 hours sitting in dead stop traffic to reach the CFO office and the directions on the CFO website are horrible.

After missing our morning flight we were turned away because we arrived after the noon check in time. Also, I was escorting my fiancee to the seminar and was rudely told by the guard at the front door that men are not allowed to attend the seminar. Save the hassles that we encountered and do the required CFO seminar in Manila. Their office is closer to Manila airport.  I'd still allow at least 2 hours from Manila Airport for either a morning or afternoon appointment. Better yet fly in the evening before and stay at one of the many hotels that are close to the CFO office ensuring you make the seminar.

I'm so sorry to hear this, I hope you're doing fine. Waiting sucks, especially when nobody around you understands and everyone else is just being negative. Our fiances are our rock, but sometimes they just can't calm us down no matter what they say or do. The best thing for us beneficiaries is to find a support group, or at least one person who is going through or has gone through the same thing we are. I have a friend who got married on a K1 visa last year, and she has been a big help to me. She's the reason I am not freaking out. I'd love to pay it forward to someone who needs some emotional support, too, so feel free to ask me questions or talk to me about your worries. I'd be happy to be a friend.

It's tough. Waiting and wondering what will happen. But one thing I know for sure is that if you truly know and love your partner, people will be able to tell, so there's no need to worry.
