Approved!!!
Was talking to my fiancee on the phone and we hung up to eat dinner. I decided to check before cooking, and saw that we were approved. I called her back right away and we were both so happy. We already had a visit planned--I'm going to see her and her daughter for a week starting this Saturday--so, this was great start to our upcoming time together.
Good luck to all of those still waiting, and congratulations to everyone who got updates. Though I haven't posted much, I've enjoyed reading everyone's stories and their posts when they get approved. Reading the excitement of others since I have found this site had made the waiting a little better, knowing that that was the feeling that I had been waiting for, too.
Now that this part of waiting is over, I'm looking forward to spending a week with the ones that I love, then moving on to the next step of the process.
Wow that is so cool reading your comments. Yes the site has been a tremendous help to all of us while we are waiting on the fence.
You and your loved one are very deserving of this and received just in time for your next visit. Enjoy your time together and make sure you never forget these tough times that we will all look back on when we are finally united with the ones we love so much.
We wish you both a speedy next steps!!!!!

Thank you everyone for the great out pour of support. I've been talking to my fiance for the past hour and she is so happy too, she started tearing up
. If you remember a few days ago I posted how she recently had a little break down thru all this waiting, as we watched our petition pass up the average time it takes to process. She started really getting down and worrying something was wrong. Today was a great day for her and us. And to make it better, I'm traveling Friday to go see her for a couple days. So we will celebrate!
This wait has been not only a test of patience, but a test of devotion. The process at the USCIS surely is unpredictable, but everyone eventually gets their day. Keep your heads held high and your day will also come soon!
EDIT: As reference, it took 109 days from USCIS receive date to the NOA2.
EDIT2: My app on my phone still hasn't notified me, I found out my checking the website myself.
Congrats again and thanks for sharing your insight that you found out only by checking the website.
I've almost worn a hole on the face of my phone checking the USCIS website so often. I keep getting these notifications from USCIS and my heart skips a beat each time my phone dings.

Really starting to get discouraged seeing couples with noa1 dates after ours get approved. Especially since the two cases directly before and after ours have been reviewed and ours was skipped over.
We're in the same boat. We are stuck in the middle with cases above and below ours approved.
Can't get discouraged, just look at it this way, we are all in a much better situation then we were a month ago. At least now USCIS is averaging 150 cases for Jan Filers being worked each day. With the remaining cases that are untouched we should all have a response over the next 2 weeks.
Hang tough. This is the longest part of the process to finally be with our loved ones.
We will always remember these times in years to come.

Thank you for your support. Luckily, I've been able to keep it together a little bit. I have to be strong for her, and I try to calm her nerves. Though really inside I'm dying too.
I just made my reservations to go see her next weekend. We couldn't take it anymore. I was waiting for the interview as my next trip but we've both had enough waiting.
I hope we both get good news next week.
We wish you a good trip and time with your fiance. Hopefully you will both have your NOA2 before you visit her next week. That would be an awesome gift for the both of you.
Will keep the both of you in our prayers and thoughts. Keep us posted.

If my number was there it would of been 8th on that list. All the rest are after mine
How frustrating
My girl had a bit of a breakdown today too about the length of this FIRST stage of the process. She isn't working right now, stuck between worlds, Dad last his job, everything been so tough on her and today she finally broke down a bit. We need that NOA2 so badly...
Hey my friend we all feel your pain. Our NOA1 date is Jan 17th, USCIS Received date was Jan 11th. The case above and below us was approved on the 20th. If it's any consolation I also lost my job last month after moving from CA to FL back in Sept to accept a job here only to learn the company was sold last month and my position was eliminated. Between losing my job and the frustration here it has taken it's tool on me.
My fiance has been my rock and I just love and miss her so much. She tells me that I'm her rock also.
The best we can all do is hope and pray USCIS continues processing the cases at the rate they have. There are 2,137 cases that haven't been looked at. If you use an average of 150 cases worked a day they should touch everyone's case over the next 14 working days.
We're all getting very close so best we can all do is support and lean on the ones we love, lean on each other here, and have faith that all of us Jan Filers will get our NOA2 in the next couple of weeks.
Keep your spirits high and don't lose hope.

So still waiting my friend? OMG going crazy but my girl is so patient...I really hoped yesterday would be the day...time to relax and enjoy our conversations this weekend. So funny her sister says we are like a call center..talk morning and night..Hope you get your approval Monday and mine is soon after..have a great weekend and enjoy..Step by step and day by day my friend. Life is too short to worry about things we cannot control
My girl is also very patient and she reinforces this with prayers each night that we will be blessed in due time. We noticed after reviewing Thursday's stats that the case above and below our WAC# was approved. The case below us was approved on the 20th and there are only 36 cases left to be touched for Jan 11 filers so I feel the both of us should get our approval next week.
That would be so cool if that happend and we both traveled together to the Philippines to pick up our fiance. When I visited my girl last month we made an appointment at the CFO in Cebu. We we're 2 hours late for our appointment because of the traffic in Cebu, it took us 2 hours to drive like 20 miles. It was a nightmare. Have your girl do her CFO in Manila, even though there is a lot of traffic there it's closer to the airport. We were able to spend time with her brother who met us at the airport and we spent the night with them at their home in Cebu.
Yes life is too short to worry about things that are out of our control, I'm also dealing with finding a new job since moving to Florida back in Oct since the company I was working for was sold and my position was eliminated. I have interviews scheduled for next week at a conference in Orlando so maybe I will be blessed with finding a new job and receiving our NOA2.
I'll keep the both of you in my prayers that we receive our NOA2 next week.

Ugh. Tomorrow is 100 days. Anxiety is kicking up not because of anything bad. Just because we have waited so long.
We're right there with you, 100 days tomorrow.
And the real killer for us today was seeing that applicants just above and below our case # were approved, one just yesterday.
This is the toughest thing I think I have ever done in my life, and waiting to be with the person I love so much is really very hard.
Well we're all in this together the end of the night isn't here yet, I think USCIS continues to send updates out until midnight EST?

It's just a breakdown of AkesAngel's data from several hours ago. Here's slight correction (addition of 7 RFE responses received)
Okay perfect thank you for sending out the breakdown of the details. I'm sure everyone appreciates this including AkesAngel's daily updates as well.
At least they've touched over 40% of our cases.
Hopefully we will continue to see this level of activity going forward.
Thank you again for taking the time to send out the stats.

Yup, pretty sure that's the main reason haha 😂
I think we're all stressed out at the moment ... I was visiting my fiancé for the past few weeks, we were hoping we'd receive or NOA2 while I was here but I'm leaving tomorrow and no sign of an approval
Oh France has to be great this time of year. I hope you enjoyed your visit with her.
Hopefully we will all get good news very shortly.
We all have to be very close now

Stay positive people...I am sure the full scans from others will confirm the numbers later, but it looks like they touched around 100 January cases yesterday, with an 80% approval rate. Make the most of your days, go for a walk, start putting together plans for when you move, anything to fill the time and take your mind off the wait!
Yes I agree. Today's another day just had one of those day's yesterday when I needed to vet out some of my frustration.
I also made the mistake of looking at cases from last year when USCIS was processing NOA2's in 30 days or less and Visas's were getting approved in about 60 days.
Just doesn't seem fair, but as someone once told me since when is life "fair".
The good thing here we are all feeling the same things; being away from our loved ones while waiting for the next step in this process and can lean on one another when we're having a miserable day.
Thanks for your support and hopefully all of us will receive our NOA2 shortly.

Hang in there my friend...you are so close at this point. Good things come to those that wait
Serious, we are all so close, now is the time we need to be strong and prepare for next steps
its just around the corner for us and our loved ones need us to be strong
Hey thanks for your encouragement. I just had one of those days and when I read the post that USCIS is now starting to process cases in Feb that just sent me over the edge. I know I need to be patient and to support my partner. We were on the phone together this morning when I posted my comments.
It's just so ridiculous how the USCIS operates and processes our cases. There are cases that are just before and after us that have been approved. Just makes no sense why our case hasn't been approved.
Well maybe tomorrow will bring good news. It's too late tonight I think to receive and approval.
Fingers crossed our prayers will be answered soon.

Okay so now its Wednesday, day 97 and still no NOA2, and now to find out they are approving Feb filers ahead of us?
What kind of logic is that and still there are Nov and Dec filers not approved yet.I feel like I'm on the edge of a cliff ready to jump.
I don't know how much more I can take of this USCIS waiting????

I have the case tracker app and it let me know. My lawyer hasn't even informed yet. I recommend getting that case tracker app for your phone.
We also have the USCIS Case Tracker on our phone. What I was interested to know is when (what time of the day and what time zone) did you receive your approval notification?

Just got my NOA2 approval on 4/17/17!!! I-129F was accepted on 1/9/2017.... looks like they are coming in! What is next? I hired a lawyer to do everything because I didn't want to mess anything up. This felt like it took forever but stay patient because it will get done!
Congratulations.
What was the date and time (including time zone) did you receive your NOA2 approval and was the notification via text or email?
All the best to you both for a speedy next steps!!!!!

I sorted all the approvals on 4/25. If your case isn't included she probably ran the scan before you received your approval notice:
