Pretty sure, they can not Approve your N400 without interview and Citizenship test. I think it is system glitch or they approved your pending I-751 prior to N-400 interview. Good Luck to you.

I had my i751 interview last week. So I don't know if maybe they considered that a combo interview. Who knows... we'll see what they say on Wednesday.

Hi! How did your interview go? Can you share the questions?

Hi! It went super good. Easier than I thought.

First we sworn to tell the truth. Then we were asked for our driver licenses and passports / Social Security cards if we had them with us. We had both passports. But only my SS card, and it was okay, no issues for not bringing my husband's card.

He asked us if there was any additional evidence we wanted to submit (only copies). We gave him a folder with everything we had. I asked if he also wanted the i-864 and he said no.

    The only questions were:

Full names and dates of birth

    Confirm our address

    How did we meet?

    Our occupations

If we had plans to continue living in the US

    If we had children together

He looked at some pictures we provided today, and asked where were we there. (It was a trip to Cancun)

And that was it. He left the office to make copies of our drivers licenses and when he came back, told us that everything was okay and I should receive my GC in the mail in about a week.

One step closer! Now my N-400 is ok the 27th.

Oh wow, I applied the exact same time as you for I-751 and N-400.

Just got scheduled for biometrics for N-400 on the 28th this month and waiting for I-751 interview to be scheduled (it says ready to be scheduled) since July after biometrics.

They reused my fingerprints for bother cases. And my i751 status still shows that. It never changed to ready for interview.

YSC....  still waiting......🙄 Anyone receive the 24 month extension letter?

Mine is YSC as well. I have not received any letter yet BUT this morning I got a call from my USCIS local office letting me know that my interview for the I-751 is THIS FRIDAY!

At first I thought it was a scam or something because in 4 years this is the first time I get a call from immigration.

When I asked why I never got a letter, they lady told me that they accidentally mailed it to my previous address (which doesn't mean any sense because I moved like two years ago and they have my current one on file) and they got it back because, of course, it could not be delivered. They wanted to make sure I knew about the appointment so I could prepare. She asked to go today in person to pick up the letter, and I did. So now I am preparing everything.

My status online has not changed.

    My N400 interview/exam is on October 27.

Wish me luck! And stay tuned for any call from USCIS.

what documents are needed to submit. I am planning to submit within two weeks but no clue what they will require..

They require to upload back and front of your green card, proof of your spouse's US citizenship, marriage certificate, and tax returns for the last 3 years. Those are the required ones. And they will give you the option to upload evidence of your relationship. I uploaded a joint bank account statement, health insurance card, car insurance, car lease and mortgage. Good luck!

  6. Hello everyone, just wanted to let you know I submitted an inquiry online and this was the response I got:

“Your application is still pending consideration. We anticipate that you will receive a decision or other correspondence within the specified processing time frame.

If you need temporary evidence of your lawful permanent resident status while waiting to receive a replacement Green Card, we may issue you an Alien Documentation, Identification & Telecommunications (ADIT) stamp.”

    We’ll keep waiting... 🙏🏻

  7. Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you know that I just called USCIS to schedule and infopass appointment since my GC expires in two weeks.

However, I was told my NOA was mailed on 7/7/2020 (My case was received on 5/5) and I should receive it within a few days. The lady told me that it’s taking them more time than usual to mail these notices. I will let you know once I receive the letter.

    Good luck!

Lockbox don’t print copies of NOA. Although USCIS keeps claiming they do, they actually don’t. I got a random email from lockbox stating they only print initial NOA and you must contact your service center for a copy. So annoying.  You still have time (more than others right now) so maybe contact your senator or congressman to look into it so it can save you the long winded journey we have all been/still on fighting USCIS.

    Good luck.

Thanks. My service center is Potomac. Does anyone know the phone number or something where I can reach them?

  9. Hi everyone!

I am a little concerned because of the extension letters taking so long to be mailed. My husband and I are in the process of a mortgage loan and they asked me for the extension letter because my green card expires in July 😭 this could ruin the whole thing.

Do you thing that maybe with that reason and a letter from the lending company stating that they need a proof of extended status ASAP I could get maybe an I-551 stamp at my USCIS local office??? Or maybe they could mail my letter faster??

    what do you guys think?

Hi guys! I’m putting together our RoC packet. Is the Affidavit from Friends and Family really necessary? Can i send our application  without it?  I just dont want to bother people especially if it’s not really going to make a difference

I did not include affidavits from friends. I included proofs of joint bank accounts and credit cards, boarding passes of trips together, medical and life insurance documents and photos with family and friends

I called 800-375-5283 and just went through the menu options for Lawful Permanent Residents.

    Thanks for the info.

i called them this morning because USPS notified me that my package was delivered on 5/05 and have not heard anything from USCIS.

The customer service representative told me that is too soon for them to confirm if they accepted my case. She also said it’s taking them up to 15 days to send out the text/email with the confirmation and case number for those who included the form G-1145, and another 15 days to send out the NOA. That means we will have to wait up to a month since the packages are delivered to receive the letter.

    Hello everyone!

I mailed my package on Thursday via USPS to the Dallas PO Box, it was supposed to be delivered today, however, I just got a tracking update from USPS that says “Available for pick up”

Has this happened to any of you?? I’m worried that the package is not going to be delivered 😭

UDPATE: I just received another tracking update that the package has been delivered. I submitted form G-1145 but I have not gotten a Text or email from USCIS yet. Let’s wait 🙏🏻
