Thanks for your advice. I have another question. I had submitted joint sponsor because my wife's income was low, but 2017 my wife's income is $22,000. Do i need to bring my joint sponsor updated I-864 or just my wife's updated I-864 to interview?

I received an email today saying that NVC received all request document and my case is in queue for interview.

So, its mean my case is completed.

Sorry to tell you, I can't give you any advice on that. You should search for thread like Syrian police clearance.

Important: Police certificates expire after one year, unless the certificate was issued from your country of previous residence and you have not returned there since the police certificate was issued. • The police certificate submitted to NVC was obtained more than one year ago; and

I am also on the same boat. NVC received my IV package on August 9. Still waiting for the review. My PD is January/04/2016.

Everyone on this boat please update here if You hear anything from NVC.

If your husband entered in the USA after 2 years of marriage he will get a permanent green card for 10years. Conditional green card only apply for CR1 visa or if the spouse entered in the USA before 2 years of marriage.

Hello everyone, I hope I will get a correct answer for my question.

My question is,

I lived in UK for 10 months and I came back to my country (Bangladesh) on March 2015 and I didn't go back to UK. On February 2016 I got my UK police certificate. Its already 1.5 years old and I submitted a copy of it to NVC on August 2017 ( still in review at NVC).

Do I need to get an updated police certificate for UK when I will face interview in US embassy in Bangladesh?

Call NVC to know when they received your documents. Try to call NVC Monday to Friday in the morning time from 7am to 9am ( USA time). If u call this time you can speak with them without waiting. After 9am usually you have to wait around 30min to talk with a representative.
