To the best of my knowledge, Nebraska didn't directly accept 751 cases until September 2018. 

All the 751 cases are being processed at Nebraska right now are transferred.

Is that correct?

To date, the latest LIN filers who has gotten biometrics appt is October 2018. No LIN filers gets fingerprint letter after that month.

We applicants have to do whatever we can to satisfy and please USCIS. 😐

IRS changed the tax return transcript format. To protect privacy, a lot of key information on the transcript was hidden, replaced by XXX, or just leave some initial letters.

Is this new version still okay for USCIS?

I had biometrics on July 1st. No case status update so far.

Need to speak to a representative, the USCIS phone menu seems changed again. It became very complicated and confusing.

I heard the menu multiple times but still couldn't find the option to talk to a real person.

Anyone can help? What buttons should I press?

This afternoon I eventually succeeded to speak to  a representative by calling USCIS, the Tier 1 said it was too late to transfer me to Tier 2.

But he said he can see the system saying that my latest status is " received the fingerprints", he said it's same as "fingerprints review was complete".

BTW, the USCIS phone menu is so complicated, it's very hard to talk to a real person!

https://myaccount.uscis.gov/  and https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant actually are same thing. They are one website.

Somebody said if you file N400, USCIS will put your cases in the end of the waiting line. you have to start over the waiting again.

I feel that the place collecting biometrics is not a part of USCIS.

USCIS outsources this work to this agent. They have to stamp on the appiontment letter in order to prove they did their work.

Yes I do. I filed my 751 case at September 2018. The status in https://my.uscis.gov never changed. I also checked other 751 filers' status over there, no update either.

I went biometrics appiontment July 1st. But the status hasn't updated so far.

When I applied for the 2-year green card, the status never updated to "ready to schedule an interview" and my waiting time was a little bit longer.

Because my security/background check always be longer?
