On the top right corner of each page write the case number. That is where i wrote on the documents i sent in.

The AOS line disappeared from the CEAC website for my case. Does anyone know that that means?

i am. I wasn't expecting anything for at least 1.5 weeks. I think it had to do partially with luck, prayers and then how i assembled the package.

Call up NVC Thursday and if they dont then call again on Friday. You might be able to get the case number and the invoice number then.

I also got the email notice on the 23rd stating that it was approved on the 21st. Then i got an alert on the USCIS app on the  30th stating that the case was shipped off to the NVC on the 28th.
The interesting thing is that the hard copy notice had a date of the 18th, see attached. You need to look at the notice date on yours and see what it is. That is what determines when the case was actually approved i think, dont quote me. I could be wrong.

Joining in, paid my AOS fee yesterday. Waiting for it to clear up before i can pay the IV fee. 
Can any one tell me what all besides the marriage certificate people are sending or need to send to the NVC to prove relationship?
 
 

A lot of folks still stuck at the black hole called Nebraska Service Center. In Q4 (October - December) of 2016 there were about 65000 I-130 applications filed as compared to Q1 - Q3 (25000 each). Hence the delays.

I guess we wait and pray that Nebraska Service center picks up the pace.

My question is has anyone gone through this where the rukhsati was done after the visa approval?

From what i understand, the letter you received should have the case number and is called NOA1, the 1st 3 letters identify the location its been sent to. Then based on that you can look at the processing time for that particular service center. 
According to the updates provided by members on the forums when people update their time line http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=5&option=3&sortby=2 populates and you can then check which service center is processing what dates atm. 
I am not 100% but the dates might not always be accurate. 
 
You can also check the USCIS website to see which service center is processing what dates at the moment, they are usually behind on updating the webpage though https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do
 
Now your wait begins as its taking USCIS minimum 4 months what i have notices to send in NOA2 if you dont have a RFE. Then to NVC and then to the consulate. So this becomes anywhere from a 9 month to a year process IMHO. 
 
It sucks big time.
