Congratulations on the twins!!  So exciting!

Should be 12 months, unless otherwise noted. 

In my opinion, the PC can be many years old, as long as you have not lived in that country anymore after the date it was issued. If you never lived there again, no updated PC is needed. Can some one else confirm?

Send all 3 pcc copies to NVC, not originals. Carry originals to interview.
