I received the paper copy of my NOA2 on 7-30-18. It was dated 7-26-18.
All those that are still waiting, stay positive. Your approval is on it's way. It will all be in the past soon enough.

My fiance is from Nigeria as well. It took 189 days for our approval.
Stay positive, your approval is on it's way!!
