Just loving it here in the Philippines.
Well today is Day 107 since NOA 1.
3 day weekend which means no processing on Mondy
 
Noon here so I ran the USCIS app.
I show only 8 cases left out of over 350
from 10/31 receipt date.
 
 Petition Approved 
 
15 weeks and 2 days for our NOA 2
 
Congrats to all the recent approvals and NVC activity.
 
We already have an appointment for CFO next week which is specific to Philippines.
 
Hang on for others still waiting doubtful you will have to wait 107 days.

So sending lots of good luck to those without their NOA2's, but on the bright side it was a super quick turn around at NVC! It only took them a few days to give us our case number and send it out!
 
Now the next step is just hoping that the wait at the US embassy for them to process our case and give us an interview date doesn't take a couple months. Unfortunately the U.S Embassy in Kenya is the only embassy that processes K1 visas for all East African countries

Hurray!  Aaron called the NVC this morning and we have our case number so I can go ahead and schedule the medical now.
 
For those of you stll waiting - it does change eventually.  You will get there - in a week or two you'll be posting this update!  We are all moving forward - hang in there!

Holy smoke! Our thread got so big we got a part 2. This is a great group of folks here helping each other out and I am so glad to have found it. Whats weird is when I called she said that it has been at NVC for over a week. I didnt call for a little over a week because I was busy with work and they put you on hold forever. So im not sure whats going on with the case number, but I will try checking it again tomorrow!

Called NVC today and they received our case and established our case number! But when I go and check the status of the case it says "Your search did not return any data"? Is this because it hasn't left NVC yet? (The woman on the phone told me it was still at NVC) Im confused. hahah
