Not eligible - Mother has never lived in the US.

I'm assuming you are referring to the CRBA?

That one is the one I'm not sure.

However, under the Child Citizenship Act of 2000, she can:

    • Have a U.S. citizen parent who has been physically present in the United States for a total of at least five years, at least two of which are after age 14. If the child's U.S. citizen parent cannot meet the physical presence requirement, one of the child's U.S. citizen grandparents must meet it.
  2. Hello! How about CRBA? Since she is a U.S citizen, it should apply. Please see below:

If not, it can be done through the Child Citizenship Act of 2000, it will take some time, though. Please see below:

    Hope this helps! 😊

It only makes sense to put them in the ban list also because everyone is just traveling to the UK and Ireland then USA.

They're about to turn it into lockdown, but for now, there are departing flights to the US, Canada and South America; I'm assuming some are connecting flights.

There are no reported cases, though.

can you make it back to the us in 2 days?

mail in your roc paperwork and overnight it to uscis don't bother submitting evidence just get the form and the fee in. you can mail in more after it is submitted or if they rfe you. then have your husband delay your biometrics as much as he can so you can return for them.

Hello! She's 9 month pregnant, the airline won't let her fly. Can her husband file the papers for her?

@beppenyc wth??? that sucks i am mentally prepared for the extra wait as i already have a gut feeling its gonna be long after my cc ..... it still amazes me that k1 fiance visas are so much faster over a married couple smh who has been apart more than  a year or more they need to come up with a faster processing time sigh.......

    Hello!

I used to think the same about k-1 visas. However, they do the other half of the wait when they are already in the US, and they are pretty much "stuck" until they get EAD, so each visa has its pros and cons.

    Hang in there! :)

The documents that are accepted from Russia for different purposes are found in the reciprocity schedule on the travel.gov website. Those are documents that are recognized without apostille.

    https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country/RS.html

    Hello!

I'm confused, in the link you posted it says:

Civil documents, except as noted below, are available in the Russian Federation. Certified copies of available documents may be exported. The person to whom a civil record pertains may obtain a replacement copy of the record from the local office of the Bureau of Acts of Civil Status (ZAGS) in the event of loss of the original document. ZAGS will not issue certified duplicate copies od civil documents except as a replacement for a lost or destroyed document. Documents which have been certified by ZAGS or a local notary office can be affixed with an apostille by the Ministry of Justice or other selected offices empowered to do so. The apostille is accepted in all countries that are parties to the Hague Convention on the Abolition of Legalization of Documents. Documents that bear an apostille need not be authenticated by an American consular officer for use in the United States.

I don't know about Russia, but I had all my documents translated and apostilled, as my country is part of the Hague Convention.
