Is anyone else (besides me) having trouble checking their case status on the USCIS website?

What is it saying?

I just got this today:

Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed

What this does mean?

It means that either you failed to include something in the package, or the have lost a piece of document or the need additional evidence. Usually it's something simple. Don't be alarm you will receive a letter in the mail stating what exactly they need!

Yes it was really unexpected because earlier today I was scrolling through September thread and many just received EAD/AP update today.

I haven't received any updates for the other two.

Any of the folks AOs from Tn status via marriage have any progress? Just looking for some one for October AOS filer similar to me to tag along with.

I'm super excited. I didn't expect any update until maybe about the end of the month. But i guess it's just a wonderful day today, early Christmas surprise. My husband daughter gave birth to a miraculous baby girl today. She is born 7 months and doctor thinks she is extremely health even though she is premature but they keeping her in the hospital for a few weeks.. ???.

Didn't get any email or text.

I feel like I've been near the front end of when new sets of notifications come through (NOA1, Biometrics), hopefully everyone else's EADs will start rolling in!

Yes I realize from your time frame. But I'm glad to see October moving along... I guess us all the way down the bottom can expect some progress later in the month...

I just received message that my EAD + AP card is approved and a new card is ordered. I am a late joiner. Thanks for all your support via case updates. Now I am waiting for the EAD card to arrive in the mail.

10/28/2016: Biometrics Appointment Letter received (Scheduled for 11/10/2016)

11/2/2016: Biometrics Appointment (Walk-in)

12/5/2016: Case Status update : EAD+ AP Approved

Just received text and email notice that our Employment Authorization has been approved and our online case status says "New Card Is Being Produced"

No word on AP.

9/30: Package Filed

10/05: NOA 1

11/05: Biometrics Letter

10/09: Biometrics Appt

12/05: EAD Approved

Received the I-797C NOA for biometrics yesterday. The appointment is scheduled for 12/16. No change in online status, and no email/text received when the NOA was presumably sent.

Received 3 texts and 3 e-mails, one NOA1 e-notification for each form.

Status online is showing:

I-485 - Fingerprint fee was received

I-765 - Case was received

I-131 - Case was received

All of them "last updated" yesterday. I don't see anything about the expedite request I included with it, so I'm gonna call them ASAP and place a service request.

It won't be considered until after biometrics...

That's the only updated you'll get for I-1765 and I-131 until approval.

Did you also send evidence for wanting an expedition?

It should be the last letter.....
