Not even 30 days yet Java. Average over last 2 months with USCIS Philippines is 30 days.
    Hang in there.

USCIS approval times increase and decrease over the years and throughout the year but most countries follow their own trends.
Per VJ Timeline Statistics DR took on average 73 days for NOA 2 from the 1/1/2016 to 11/2/2016 (Present)
and only 25 days from NOA 1 to NOA 2 over the last 2 months from 8/31/2016 to 11/2/2016.
Again the figures above are based only upon what VJ members entered in their timeline.
So "MSLeJa" is actually correct as of the last few months.

Similar timeline for me! I got NOA1 on October 11, and when I logged onto myUSCIS - Case Status, it said my I-129F application was approved on October 31st!
Maybe they're approving as many as possible before the election?

It's better for u not to have any agencies..I have met someone during my medical that she and her fiancé did an agency yet as she narrated to me that she doesn't know what to do..the agency didn't advices her what she needs to bring prior to her interview and etc.. they spend 2000usd and I told her everything she needs to know.. goodluck on your k1 journey!

I agree with him! When my fiancé visited me this year he only had 2weeks to spend time with me and we need lots of pictures together.. so we visit his relatives and did out of town to maximize his 2weeks vacation leave. The pictures are evidence for your genuine relationship..when then CO handed my documents in front of me during the interview he looked at our pics together and didnt ask anything.. Goodluck!

Looking at the statistics is helping me cope with the wait, so:
Looking back since August, only about 85% of people report their visa process past NOA2 but early September NOA2s are all 75% done so 10% of people are either stragglers or slow to input. So we can just say we expect 75% of people to mean that week has been (for the most part) fully processed (except for unusual cases) i.e. 75%=100%.
    So with that in mind:
NOA2's from Sep 26th - Oct 2nd are 87% (of 35 NOA2s) finished (most of which were done on the week of 10th & 17th)
NOA2's from Oct 3rd - October 9th are 39% (of 54 NOA2s) finished (most of which were done on the week of the 17th & 24th)
So probably another week of 3rd-9th but starting on 10th - 16th this week and next week too (there are only 44 of them we could expect to be input as finished).

Fraud? That is not even close to my intention. I am showing them that the CO might question this and it is very helpful to address it in the statement before the interview. In Muslim countries especially, it is highly unusual for a man to marry an older woman at the end of child bearing years. I'm not coaching anything. Just trying to help then avoid discrimination. It should absolutely be the truth. If you read my posts again maybe you will see it differently. I would never advise anyone to lie.

Mixed culture marriages are difficult to begin with then add step children and a Filipino tradition to take care family is tuff to deal with. I'm sure everyone here has experienced some of the same items you are. There are no fast and hard rules but it something that needs to be discussed and if that doesn't go anywhere you need to seek your happiness. I have lived with a verbal abusive wife and I packed my bags and left and never regretted my decision. Goid luck. I hope you work this out.
