My wife got denied to Mexico with expired green card/extension letter by United Airlines. They said they need a visa. At least they credited flight and it's good for a year.

Hey Everyone, So We applied for my Wife I-751 on October 2023, Got the receipt notice, extension letter, biometric letter. Added case online then saw this file uploaded which only has 25 pages of bank statements under 'other'. Aren't they supposed to upload all the documents that we sent? I just want to ensure they didn't miss or lost my other parts of information? Is anyone facing same issue?
