If it states issued , so it is issued. the administrative processing is basically saying that the process if being finalized. If in AP, it wont confirm the issuance, it just say AP. Congratulations. 

Finally done!  My wife entered the US today at Houston airport.  She said it took about 5 minutes and was extremely easy!   

thanks for letting me know. Yes, fingers crossed that we get the same date . we had cc on April 19th. Strange, even our interview was scheduled on May 5th... there must have been quite of few glitches that day. Anyway, according to the NVC, they cancelled on 17th May, even though the same day we received an email of our appointment letter.

Hey guys, just an update that the interview is rescheduled again on the May 15, after cancelling it on may 11th due to an error on NVC part. They rescheduled it to June 13 at 9am. Same time and date as earlier!!! I wonder what was the reason for cancellation initially!! My case shows "in transit" to embassy!! Montreal,Canada. 

Hi, I just wanted to let you all know about a scheduling error we encountered at the NVC this week.  
 
CC is 4/14, I called on 5/10 and was told an interview had been scheduled on 5/8.  They gave me the date and time, it was for mid June in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  After spending the next day planning travel and medical appointment, right before we booked a rather expensive plane ticket, my husband wanted to call the NVC to double check the date because we had not received an email from them yet.  This time they said we didn't have an interview scheduled... after questioning further, they said they saw that we did have one scheduled but it had been removed because "of a scheduling error with the new system".  We received NO notification that they un-schuelded our interview.  
 
I called again today to see if they had resolved the issue, they have not, we still have no interview yet.  I spoke to a supervisor and they said it happened to a group of people, it was not an isolated case, but that "everyone had been notified" - which was not the case for us.  I asked if it was only the Rio de Janeiro consulate or a more widespread issue, and they said only RDJ because they have a new system in place, not all consulates.  I'm not super confident in what they say though, so who knows if other locations may have changed their system too.  Just wanted to warn others to double check in case you are planning on buying some tickets and have not received the email yet.

i just found out today that my interview is scheduled! CC on april 24th, interview on the 16th. when i called (my first time calling them!) the guy on the phone said that they'd just scheduled it 2 hours ago! so who knows maybe yours is on the way too! i havet had any email notification yet.

That's Great, Congratulations!!!  I'm gonna call them now!! 

i didnt realize it was a CC as soon as they tell you youre in line for an interview, i thought i had to wait for it to be scheduled!
