I burst into tears when the representative told me to go grab a pen and paper to write it down. 🙏 Interview appointment date is July 31 in Mumbai Consulate!!! I have updated my questionnaire (this time I'd saved the email to edit my response). I left the "interview notification date" column blank because I didn't get any written notification yet, only by phone as of now. Thank you so much and I pray everyone gets their interview dates as well. ❤️

I called NVC today at 7 am. The lady was very rude and laughed at me for asking if my case is in the review department. She asked me why I thought ("why would you even consider") it'd be in the review department with my scan date being March 29. I had called on March and three times in April just to reassure myself that they had received my packet (supporting and financial documents) and there is nothing else I could do. I cried for an hour after talking to her. I was very nice on the phone, wished her a good morning and asked how her day was going and everything and she treat me like I'm so stupid for calling to find out about my case. 😞
 
8 weeks this Wednesday. Scan date: March 29. 
 
I know, 11 weeks... But I felt so embarrased like I did something horribly wrong for calling. 😞

I know right! Here we are counting down the 11 weeks and I cannot bear to think about checklists, if the waiting period resets back to another 11 weeks that is pure heartbreaking and torture... Oh God, I pray no one gets checklists!!! 

6 weeks down, on my 7th week. Praying and hoping for a CC before 11 weeks. 🙏🙏🙏

I don't have any updates, my scan date is March 29. (I was just asking Tanish about his interview date).

Hang in there. It doesn't look like they process based on country. There are many cases at Nebraska, with Indian beneficiary that approved in less than 5 months sometimes as early as 3 months.
 
It's based on who works on your case.

Sounds like it depends on the worker who gets assigned to you and how fast they work this is so frustrating 

It doesn't seem fair or right that they are so behind in updating their web page it's the least they can do that they are still updating from December 31st. It's a black hole and frustrating beyond bel when people's lives are at stake! What rights do the "people" have who are trying to come here legally. It is so inconsistent and obviously not all workers are equal in the pace that they work....ugh

We just got approved ??!!!...PD 8/4...woke up to text messages and email that we were approved yesterday.. Good luck guys 

APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! Just received the text message early this morning, and then a few minutes later the email arrived. PD August 2, 199 days waiting at Nebraska, and we are finally approved!!! 

My PD is August 9 and it's Nebraska as well. 
It's been 6 months and 8 days. 
192 days total. 
Still stuck there...
