do we need tp get Copy of the criminal record or the anthropometric record from Ministry of Justice or in city you live 

I mean you give the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs the paper as it is or you have to translate it first because you will translate them after getting the stamp in them 

In the embassy we get the form of her nationality and Certificate of capacity to contract marriage 

should we translate them before going to rabat (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) or the items we get from the embassy go directly to Ministry of Foreign Affairs(no need translation)??

After k1 dential we are going to marry in morocco, but i have still have unclair ideas about requirements :

like how many birth certificates (all says one) we need cauz in one ministry we need one and copy of passport to extract Criminal record
 in Rabat and another one in court

and confused about translations do we need to do it before going to Rabat ? cauz i think i i dont need it before i will do it in my city 

they also sent our case to Uscic

Our case was "touched" again today and I believe it is good this time because I received an email from them requesting detailed wedding plans (such as where would you hold the wedding ceremony, when are you getting married, how many guests will attend….)

I already replied to the email with teh details.

Monday is a holiday, so Hopefully we will hear something next week.

also stuck in ap (returned to uscis)

They answered me about a question, the case is not in the embassy anymore, so they won't tell you anything, they sent the case back to Uscis, so we have to contact Uscis

I do not know about Ap in India, but Ap can be weeks,months, years...(no one can predict) If you ask me or most people in VJ about it, I will answer; It's so frustrating, so much wait and they can deny you in the end.
Ps: You shouldn't choose it over approval.
