There are good men all over the world and bad men. Having a green card doesn't mean he has won a prize for honesty or faithfulness. It says nothing about the kind of husband he is or will be. A green card doesn't come with a guarantee that you have the perfect spouse.

It's possible the child's mother also knew nothing of this double life - if he fooled you, he could have fooled anyone. Cheating and having an out-of-wedlock child has NOTHING TO DO WITH IMMIGRATION. Get over it since neither has anything to do with violating the terms of his green card.
It's extremely cruel that you want REVENGE and have him deported for years and keep him separated from his child.
You can file a lawsuit against him. Then watch it get tossed out of court. Money issues should have been settled in the divorce. You don't get to keep coming back to the court to keep suing him.
