consulate in doha wrote me that i should contact them when i have my required documents ready for interview. i did since two days ago but kept getting auto reply message:(

Well don't worry man you're on the right truck. Us embassy Doha do reply all emails but, they normally do that in 3-4 working days (Sun to Thursday) for immigrant visa due to heavy traffic of non-immigrant applications. So after that, they will tell you to drop all the requirements at the embassy on any working day.
