  1. Can I post the addresses like this?

    US address 2: 09/2015 - present

    US address 1: 01/2010 - 06/2014

    Address more than one year:

    Latest abroad houses: 06/2014 - 09/2015?

Or no need to write it at all since it was just temporary? They might question me with my overstay stamps on my passport so I just want to be honest. I guess i'm just over thinking it. ughhh helpppp!

  2. Very similar situation but I paid my overstay since I wanted to get out of there!

My sister on the other hand fixed her Recognition (Like Dual citizenship) and was able to come to the US in 3 months. She stayed in the Philippines for about 15 years, imagine how much she would have paid!

But why would you have an overstay? Couldn't you just apply for a Philippine passport in Manila with your Philippine birth cert? You would show the Filipino passport when you leave the country, and show your US passport when you go back home to the US.

Most cases, people who are US citizens at birth want the Filipino passport to leave the Philippines.

  3. Hello, I am processing a Fiance Visa (I am the US petitioner) and would like some input.

For form G-325a, "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year"

My case: I have overstayed in the Philippines at the time, "June 2014 - Sept 2015"

Should I include my mothers house of where I stayed from that duration or no need to if I still have the same US address from 2010 to present.

    She lived in House 1: June 2014 - June 2015 (1 year)

and moved to House 2: June 2015 - Present.

But I stayed out of the country for 1 year and 3 months, different houses.

    Lastly,

How would I fill in the Addresses?

    US Address 01/2015 - Present

    US Address 01/2010 - 01/2015

    Address abroad: Not yet specified.

Do I interfere the US address to my Philippine address of June 2014 - Sept 2015?

Side note: I wasn't the official resident in the Philippines since I just stayed with my mother. But still retained my US address. And my proofs on my passport stamps shows my overstay information.

I just couldn't stay away from the person I love the most! Help me out here so I can have him home with me! :)
